Overlap

Your route, on your photo. You know the picture: the shape of the run drawn over a photo from the end of it, with the distance, the time and the pace sitting alongside. Overlap makes that picture from the workout your watch already recorded, on the photo you already took. Pick the workout. Pick the photo or the clip. Save the finished file. THE PICTURE, NOT THE EDITOR A general video editor can do this if you are willing to build it yourself: export a graphic, line it up, scale it, keyframe it. Overlap already knows the route, the stats and the sport, so it draws the whole thing and places it for you. One tap picks a layout. Drag and pinch only if you want to. YOUR DATA, WHEREVER IT LIVES Overlap reads workouts straight from Apple Health, so anything your Apple Watch, your running app or your bike computer has synced is already there. Recorded somewhere else? Send the file in. Open a GPX, FIT or TCX from Files, or share one into Overlap from another app or your email. No account. No upload. Nothing to sign up for. STILLS AND VIDEO, AT FULL QUALITY Put the overlay on a photo and save an image, or put it on a clip and save a video, with the overlay fading, sliding or scaling in as the clip starts. HDR photos and HDR video stay HDR: the overlay burns in without flattening the colour your phone captured. You see the result on a preview screen before anything is saved. MADE FOR - The post-run photo that deserves the numbers next to it - The ride, the swim, the hike, the walk β every sport your watch records - A clip from the finish line, with the route drawing itself in - The workout you did months ago, on the photo you just found PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your workouts and your photos never leave your phone. Overlap does its work on the device, reads only the workouts you pick, and writes only the file you ask it to save.
