Rackr vs Vivero

Rackr is a strength-training log built for one thing: making your progress impossible to ignore. You already do the hard part — showing up and lifting. Rackr turns every set you record into clear, honest feedback, so you always know what to train next, when to add weight, and where you're stalling. WHY LIFTERS CHOOSE RACKR • Fast logging that stays out of your way — sets, reps and weight in seconds, with your last numbers suggested automatically. • A built-in rest timer, so every set is timed instead of guessed. • Personal records tracked automatically, highlighted the moment you hit them. SEE YOUR PROGRESS, NOT JUST YOUR HISTORY • Per-exercise progression charts with estimated 1RM trends — watch your strength curve climb week over week. • Weekly and monthly volume, session and time stats that show whether you're truly overloading. • Stall detection that flags a lift before weeks slip away. • A muscle map that reveals which groups you're hitting — and which you're neglecting. TRAIN THE WHOLE BODY • Build and save your own routines — Push/Pull/Legs, upper/lower, full body, whatever you run. • A guided abs program: 12 core exercises with 3D form demos and timed intervals — no equipment needed. • Track body measurements — weight, body fat and more — and set goals you can watch yourself close in on. YOUR DATA, YOUR WAY • A clean, distraction-free dark interface designed for the gym floor. • Sign in with Apple or Google, with secure cloud backup so your history survives a new phone. • Private and ad-free. Your training is yours — never sold, never buried under ads. RACKR PLUS Unlock the full analytics suite — deep progression insights, stall alerts and advanced trends — with Rackr Plus. Less than the price of a single gym visit per month — or save more with the yearly plan — and you can cancel anytime. Stop guessing. Start seeing the work pay off. Download Rackr and make every rep count. — Rackr Plus is an auto-renewable subscription, available as a monthly or a yearly plan, billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Vivero turns the apps you're mindful of into a garden that grows with you — not a scoreboard that punishes you. HOW IT WORKS Pick a small handful of apps to be mindful of, set your own daily goal in the units that make sense to you, and grant Screen Time access. Each day you meet your goal, your garden grows. Miss one? Nothing dies. Vivero tracks a weekly rhythm — like 5 out of 7 days — instead of an all-or-nothing streak, so one hard day doesn't erase everything you've built. A COMEBACK IS PROGRESS TOO Coming back after a rough stretch gets its own recognition, not a guilt trip. Free grace days protect your rhythm on days that don't go to plan — no ads, no purchase required. YOUR CIRCLE, NOT A LEADERBOARD Grow a small circle with up to 5 friends. Sharing is opt-in and private by default — your circle sees your plant's stage or that you "grew today," not your exact minutes. No public rankings, no direct messages. TEN WAYS TO BE RECOGNIZED Badges span more than just consistency — showing up for the first time, a full week, a comeback, growing your circle, using a grace day, and simply sticking around for the long haul. BUILT TO OPEN BRIEFLY, NOT ENDLESSLY No feed, no infinite missions, no push notifications designed to pull you back in for the sake of it. Vivero is meant to be checked in a few seconds and closed. PRIVACY, PLAINLY Vivero only ever sees the total time you spend in the apps you personally chose to track — never what you looked at, read, or posted. Full privacy policy in Settings. Free includes the complete core experience — goal tracking, your garden, badges, and a circle of friends — for up to 2 tracked apps. Premium removes that limit and adds more grace days, unlimited friends, and additional garden customization. Available in English and Spanish, with an instant in-app language switch in Settings — no need to change your device language. Vivero is designed for adults building a healthier relationship with their phone. It's not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat, or claim to cure anything — just a small, honest way to notice your own patterns and grow something from them.
