Reform is a private space to follow through on quitting something you've decided you're done with — built for the moments in between, not just the decision itself. Free to start. BLOCK Reform blocks the apps and websites you don't want easy access to, right on your device, using Apple's Screen Time frameworks. Lockdown Mode locks blocking on, so a bad moment can't undo it. (Pro) FIGHT BACK The moment an urge hits, you're not on your own. A dedicated screen is one tap away, built for exactly that moment. Every urge you resist gets counted, right alongside your streak. UNDERSTAND Reform tracks what triggers you and when — so patterns you couldn't see before become obvious, and something you can actually plan around. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no login. Your journal, streak, and check-ins are stored only on your device. We never see them. FREE AND PRO Start free with check-ins, streak and urge tracking, journaling, and core tools. Reform Pro unlocks the full experience, including app and website blocking, Lockdown Mode, trigger insights, and achievements. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Reform Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Monthly: $6.99/month. Annual: $49.99/year. A 7-day free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers; if not cancelled before the trial ends, your Apple Account will be charged. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Manage Subscription. WorkIt

WorkIt reads like a piece of calibrated gym equipment, not a wellness app. Every number is exact — nothing is rounded or softened to feel friendlier. REST TIMER, ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Start a set, and the rest timer keeps counting on your Dynamic Island and Lock Screen — no need to keep the app open or the screen on between sets. FORM CHECKER Grades your lifting form live, on-device, while you lift. Nothing is recorded, saved, or uploaded — the analysis happens and disappears, same as a mirror. TRAINING LOAD & MUSCLE TRENDS See which muscles you've actually trained this week versus last, and whether your working weight is trending up — read at a glance, never a raw number alone. NUTRITION, GRADED Photograph a meal or just describe it and the calories, protein, carbs, and fat come back filled in, yours to check before anything saves. Every meal comes back graded — healthy, average, or poor — with the reasoning behind the score. FIT HEALTH One reading out of 100 built from how you train and what you eat. It only scores the half it has data for and says which, so the number stays honest even if you only use half the app. DISCIPLINE MODE Schedule your training days. When it's time, WorkIt opens to a lock screen — start that day's workout, or give a real reason to skip it. Optional Screen Time integration can hold distracting apps back until you do. GYM GROUPS Create a group for your gym crew, invite them with a code, and share workouts and form checks straight into the feed. Own the group and you get a dashboard of every member's training load, muscle trends, and your own notes on each of them. APPLE HEALTH SYNC Finished sessions write a workout entry to Apple Health, and your heart rate can show up alongside a finished workout — both opt-in. IMPORT Already logging elsewhere? Bring your history over from a CSV export in a few taps. DISCOVER Browse routines other lifters have published, copy one into your own plan, and — if you opt in — see how your lifting form compares on a public leaderboard. Your workout and nutrition data lives on your device. The only things that ever reach a server are what you explicitly choose to share: a published routine, a group, or a leaderboard entry. Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: WorkIt at none against Reform's shown. Reform's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
