Studio Acoustic Planner turns a scan of your room into an acoustic treatment plan you can actually build. Walk around once with an iPhone Pro and the LiDAR maps every wall, the ceiling and your desk. No LiDAR? Type the room size or draw the floor plan. Either way the app computes your room's acoustics and hands you a plan in order of what matters most. WHAT YOU GET, FREE • The scan, and your room in 3D • The acoustic summary: decay time, proportions, and the room modes most likely to be audible as bass peaks and dips, with note names • Placement, in full: where to sit, monitor spacing, ear height, toe-in, and the subwoofer position chosen by physics • Two guided ear tests that find your listening spot and speaker positions by listening, no measurement microphone needed • Unlimited rooms THE FULL ROADMAP (one-time unlock per room, or Studio Pro) • Every treatment action for your room: first-reflection panels, corner bass traps, ceiling cloud, rear wall, each with exact placement, the size to build, and a materials list • Build specs and how-tos for each panel • REW import: bring in a measurement sweep and see predicted against measured. The plan sharpens against the real room, and a second sweep shows before and after • Exports: PDF, the materials list as a note, and a handoff to your AI PLACEMENT FIRST, PANELS SECOND Most of the improvement in a small room costs nothing: it's where you sit and where the speakers go. The plan puts those actions first and lets you check each one off. Panels come after, sized and placed for your walls, not a generic diagram. MADE FOR HOME STUDIOS Bedroom studios, mixing rooms, podcast rooms, practice spaces. Yamaha, Genelec, KRK, Adam, Neumann, Focal, Kali, PreSonus and 30 more monitor brands in the catalog, with true cabinet dimensions. PRIVACY Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no analytics, no tracking. The camera and LiDAR are used for the scan only; nothing is recorded or uploaded. Studio Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks every room while active. Rooms planned under Pro stay unlocked if it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. About

Speaker Positioning

Features

Find a more useful speaker position by testing one change at a time. Speaker Positioning combines a measured 3D room view with acoustic measurements and a before-and-after comparison. SEE YOUR SETUP Mark both speakers and your listening position with the camera. View the room in 3D, rotate it, zoom in and switch to a top view. Read listening distances, wall clearances and proposed test moves directly in the scene. On a compatible LiDAR iPhone, scan walls, openings and simplified furniture. An optional second pass captures coloured surfaces. Switch between the clean measurement view and room colours. Without LiDAR, define the room footprint manually. TEST A CHANGE Connect your stereo system, measure at the listening position, then try one change. Measure again with the same volume, microphone position and signal path. Compare the left/right arrival-time difference, both bass-response shapes and changes in position. The app explains when two measurements cannot safely be compared. KEEP THE RESULT Save measurements and their room views locally. Revisit the comparison before deciding whether to keep the change. Speaker-model and subwoofer guidance help you plan further tests. FREE FEATURES • Guided sound, camera and combined workflows • 3D room view with useful dimensions and test positions • LiDAR room and colour capture on supported iPhones • Acoustic measurement, saved results and before-and-after comparison PRO — ONE-TIME PURCHASE • External measurement microphone with calibration-file import • Wired line output and loopback latency calibration • Impulse-response WAV and frequency-response export for REW IMPORTANT Camera dimensions and test positions are approximate. Coloured surfaces are not a photorealistic digital twin; hidden areas, glass and mirrors can leave gaps. Acoustic arrival times can include channel-processing delays. A smaller left/right difference alone does not guarantee better sound. Use repeat measurements and your listening impression to decide. Absolute acoustic distances require a valid latency calibration. An iPhone and a connected stereo system are needed for acoustic assessment. The iPhone-only playback option is a function test. Start at a moderate volume. No account, advertising or tracking. Measurement and room data are processed and saved on your device; you choose whether to share exports.
