Putting things off and forgetting them? Start small. To-do list, recurring routines and Pomodoro timer in one app. No account needed, and even 5 minutes counts. ■ Made for you if · You have so much to do that you don't know where to start · You make plans but keep putting things off · You often miss recurring tasks like taking meds or taking out the recycling · Focusing or getting started is hard for you, including adults with ADHD (you don't need ADHD to use it) · You want a study planner and study timer in one app Meet TodoMato, a to-do list, routine planner and focus timer with the adorable Pepper and Tomo. Write it, break it down, start a timer. No complicated setup. ■ Tasks — big jobs, small steps "Clean my room" is too big to start. "Clear the desk → Put away the laundry → Sweep the floor" is one step at a time. As you finish each step, the card fills up so you can see how far you've come. · Simple to-do list and checklist · Break tasks into small steps · Type "Meds 9am daily" and TodoMato sets the time and the repeat · Add tasks by voice · Attach links to tasks — open meeting docs or class pages in one tap · Tags, undated notes, and undo for deleted tasks ■ Recurring routines & reminders — it's okay to forget Create daily, weekly or monthly routines, or start with ready-made routine templates. Reminders arrive 10 minutes early by default — right on time is sometimes already too late. Can't do it today? Swipe to Skip. It won't count against you. ■ Calendar See your month and your tasks together. · Shows your Apple Calendar events — read-only, it never adds, changes or deletes anything · Public holidays for your country ■ Pomodoro & focus timer · Focus timer and Pomodoro timer (focus and break cycles) · Lo-fi and jazz café focus music, plus focus screen skins · Keeps running when you leave the app, with time left on your Lock Screen Use it as a study timer or a focus timer for work. ■ Focus stats — see where your time went TodoMato counts the time you started, not how much you finished. · Focus time by tag, daily average, best day and top tag · Even 5 minutes is saved ■ Tomato rewards Finish focus sessions and routines to earn Tomatoes and Energy, and unlock new routine packs and focus music. ■ Widgets See today's tasks and this month's schedule without opening the app. On iPhone, you also get: · "Up next" on your Lock Screen with a live countdown, and check-off right from there · Today's focus time and this week's tags as widgets ■ Leaving checklist & today's weather (iPhone) Get reminded what to grab (wallet, keys, meds) the moment you head out. Home shows today's weather from Apple Weather, with rain, snow, strong wind and weather alerts. ■ More · Dark Mode · 10 languages · 9 default tags plus your own · Different character faces Starting matters more than planning TodoMato began because its developer's to-dos were a mess and he kept missing the recurring things that had to get done. "What should I do today?" "So much to do. Where do I even start?" "I make plans, but I keep putting things off." Start with just 5 minutes today. Those 5 minutes count, too. TodoMato is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat ADHD. ■ Your data stays on your phone · No account or sign-up needed · Your tasks and focus history are stored on your device. We don't collect your data.
