The app accesses Health data only to read step information and does not write steps or any other data to Apple Health. SOLID FIGHT PREMIUM An optional monthly Solid Fight Premium subscription removes banner ads, app-open ads, and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads for cosmetic rewards remain available. Premium automatically renews every month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings. Step, distance, calorie, and active time values may vary depending on your device, user settings, and available Health data. About

Calmgraph

Features

Calmgraph turns your daily stress into one number you can actually act on - fully on-device, no subscription. ■ Stress score (0-100) From Apple Watch HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep, measured against YOUR personal baseline rather than a single absolute value. The first 14 days are a calibration period shown as provisional. ■ Cause tags and calendar Tag work, sleep, exercise, caffeine and more, layered onto your score. The calendar view shows a month at a glance, and you can tap any past day to fix its tags or check-in. ■ Weekly insight and tag correlations See what likely moved your score each week. The Pro correlation report compares your average on days with a tag against days without it, and always shows the sample size. These are correlations, not conclusions. Step count, respiratory rate and deep sleep appear alongside as automatic tags, split at your own quartiles. They never change the score itself. ■ Apple Watch and widgets The Watch app and complication put your score on your watch face and let you check in from your wrist - free. Home and Lock Screen widgets are part of Pro. ■ Breathing guide and reminders A 1, 3, or 5 minute breathing guide for the days that sit in the strain band. Daily logging reminders and a weekly review notification are optional. ■ One-time purchase and backup Buy once instead of subscribing. There is no cloud sync, but you can export a backup to a single file and restore it on another device. ■ Monthly & yearly summary / Weekly history (Pro) Averages by month and year, with the calm / mixed / strained mix. Past weeks with their average and what was moving your score. All measurements are processed on your device. Nothing is sent off-device, collected, or used for advertising. Calmgraph is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Consult a healthcare professional about any health concern.
