Learn English words by typing them. TypeWords turns spelling practice into a simple daily routine. Type falling words, test what you remember, and work through word lists one unit at a time. PRACTICE WITH A RHYTHM Watch each word fall and finish typing before it reaches the bottom. Adjust the practice speed to find a pace that works for you. PUT YOUR MEMORY TO WORK Move from typing the words you see to recalling the answers yourself. Practice sessions and recall tests help you work on both spelling and memory. FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS Work through a clear unit map, complete tests, and unlock the next steps. Check your word list scores and overall progress as you go. CHOOSE YOUR WORD LISTS Start with the included vocabulary or download additional word lists. Switch between lists to focus on your current learning goal. PRACTICE OFFLINE Once a word list is on your device, you can use the core practice features without an internet connection—on iPhone or iPad. START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT No registration or sign-in is required. Your selected word list, practice progress, scores, and speed settings stay on your device. OPTIONAL MEMBERSHIP Some word lists require a paid membership, available through in-app purchases. Membership does not renew automatically. Available plans and included word lists are shown in the app. An internet connection is required to browse online catalogs, download or update word lists, and make or restore purchases. Learning progress is stored locally; cross-device sync and cloud backup are not available. A few minutes. A few words. Another step forward.

TypeLearn is a bilingual keyboard that brings language learning into everyday writing. Type as usual, request an Apple translation when you need one, and turn your real source text and translated expression into a minimal learning card. Nothing is sent or inserted automatically. Learn from what you actually type Chats, notes, email, and daily writing already contain useful words and phrases. TypeLearn starts there. It does not make you work through a preset course or fill your library with built-in cards. Select the text that matters, view a supported translation, and choose whether to insert it, hear it, or save it. Core experience • Bilingual keyboard: keep a familiar writing flow while checking another way to express your text. • Apple system translation: translate words, short expressions, or sentences in supported language pairs. Availability depends on the OS, device, region, and downloaded system language models. • Minimal cards from translations: a successful translation creates a card with the source text and target expression—without waiting for dictionary definitions, parts of speech, phonetic notation, usage notes, or example sentences. • Pronunciation: hear the target expression with an available system voice. Automatic read-aloud and sound can be turned off. • Save and review: keep only the expressions you want, then search, listen, and run a lightweight review from My Cards. • Separate language choices: set your everyday input language and learning language independently. Changing the learning language does not overwrite your draft. Nine learning languages Choose English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Italian, French, or Chinese as a learning target. Saved cards and progress stay separated by language so one direction does not replace another. Your library begins with you A new installation starts with an empty card library. A card appears only after your real text receives a valid Apple translation. Previewing a card does not save it; it enters My Cards only after you explicitly choose Save. Useful for • Checking how something you often write can be expressed in another language. • Translating a word, phrase, or sentence without moving through several apps. • Collecting vocabulary from real conversations, study notes, or work messages. • Hearing an expression before deciding whether to save it. • Learning more than one language while keeping each collection separate. Privacy, access, and compatibility • TypeLearn supports iPhone and iPad and requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. • Apple system translation requires iOS or iPadOS 18 or later and a supported, prepared language model. • Local translation and target-language speech do not require Full Access. Sharing a saved card from the keyboard extension with the main app may require Full Access under iOS keyboard rules. • Secure text fields and apps that block third-party keyboards automatically use the system keyboard. • You can save supported cards locally without signing in. Sign-in is used for account synchronization. TypeLearn does not turn every message into a lesson. It simply lets the language you use every day become the material you choose to remember.
