Your record. In your hands. Custody Folio helps you keep custody notes, dates, files, and parenting plan records together. Write in your own words, keep supporting originals, and choose what to share. You do not need AI to organize your records or prepare for a conversation. KEEP THE DETAILS TOGETHER • Add dated notes, photos, supporting files, and original audio recordings. • Track parenting time, exchanges, virtual contact, expenses, and support payments. • Review events in a timeline and calendar. • Create focused PDF reports and exports using the records and dates you choose. PREPARE FOR YOUR NEXT CONVERSATION • Build a personal meeting brief with your questions and selected record references. • Download your worksheet to keep a private copy. • Find state directories and resources for parents and families, including mental health support information. WORK WITH YOUR INVITED ATTORNEY • Give an invited attorney read only access to a selected case and revoke future access when you choose. • Optionally enable requests and messages for that connection. • Reply to a request with selected saved records and keep the conversation together. • See which conversation version the invited attorney marked reviewed. This is not verification of the underlying facts. • Attorney conversations stay separate from court reports. YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Protect app access with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. • Review your records and supporting originals before sharing them. • Keep personal meeting and support worksheets separate from your case and attorney access. Custody Folio is for adults organizing their own records. It does not provide legal advice, mental health treatment, or emergency services. It is not a law firm, does not establish an attorney client relationship, and does not guarantee any court outcome or acceptance of a report. It is not a coparent messaging service. Your custody record, organized. CustodyBook is a one-sided log for separated parents: custody days, exchanges, shared expenses and notes — dated, factual, and exportable as a clean monthly PDF you can print or share with your lawyer. Court-ready PDFs: every entry dated, with edit history and a SHA-256 fingerprint you can verify at getcustodybook.com/verify. The judge decides what is admitted. Not legal advice. MESSAGES FROM A CHAT Turn a screen recording of a chat into a readable list in your log — you review who said what before saving. It is read on your phone; nothing is uploaded. Messages appear in your timeline and in your monthly and date-range PDF reports. WHY ONE-SIDED MATTERS The big co-parenting platforms charge $100-300 per parent per year and require both parents to join. Your RECORD doesn't need their account: it needs dates, facts and math. • Copy the month summary as plain text — ready for WhatsApp or your lawyer. • Custody days and exchanges logged in seconds. • Expenses in exact cents with a configurable split — the app tells you who owes whom, to the penny. • Monthly PDF report in a neutral, factual tone your lawyer will appreciate. • No chat with the other parent, no accounts, no server: we never receive a copy of your entries, and there is nothing to pay monthly. WHEN THE OTHER PARENT OWES YOU FOR EXTRAS • Mark the date you asked the other parent for their share of a medical bill, school fee or activity. The monthly report shows every unreimbursed extra, how much, and how long it has been waiting. • Add the time and place of each exchange or custody day - folded away, so a normal entry still takes seconds. • The app warns you when entries are not backed up yet, so a lost or broken phone doesn't have to mean a lost record. NEW IN 1.8 • Log each exchange as on time, late or no-show — for either parent — and see the monthly counts and minutes late in Reports. • See the nights with each parent, with percentages, counted from the days you have logged. • Create a PDF for any date range: a one-page summary for both parents first, then every entry in date order. • A gentle backup reminder on Today, plus "Contact us" in Settings for questions and ideas. TRY IT FREE, THEN PAY ONCE Unlimited entries, summaries and reports. Use everything free for 7 days, then a single one-time purchase keeps it yours for life — no ads, no login, no subscription, no monthly fee. CustodyBook records information you enter; it does not provide legal advice.
