Doseline keeps the record of a GLP-1 treatment: every dose, the estimated level in your body, where you are in your titration, and what is left in the pen or vial. No account, no login. Your records stay on your iPhone. EVERY DOSE, ON THE RECORD • Amount, date, time, injection site and a note, in a few taps • Any increment, including 0.25 mg steps and half doses • Using a compounded vial? Record the units on your prescription label alongside the dose • Branded pen, auto-injector, vial or pill — the record fits the way you take it ESTIMATED MEDICATION LEVEL An exponential decay curve built from published half-lives, so you can see the drug accumulate over your first weeks and fall away toward the end of each one. Shown with its source and a plain note that it is an estimate. Free, and it always was. TITRATION YOU CAN SEE How long you have been on this step, when the next one is due, and the whole ladder for your medication. Doseline records the step you are on. It never tells you to change it. WHY A DOSE CHANGED Record why you stepped up, stepped down, or deliberately held — in your own words, from your own choice. Nothing is guessed. It goes in the report, because "why are you still at 5 mg?" is the question the appointment opens with. EVERYTHING IS BACKDATABLE Six weeks in already? Add all six. Every date, dose, site and note stays editable and deletable afterwards, and the level curve and the titration schedule recompute around what you changed. SUPPLY AND REFILL ALERTS Doseline counts what is left in milligrams, not in doses taken, so stepping up mid-vial is counted properly. It tells you how many doses remain and when to reorder, before the week you run out. SIDE EFFECTS AGAINST YOUR DOSE CYCLE Log a symptom in a few taps and see where it falls in your week. "Most often on day 2 after your shot" is an observation about your own record, and Doseline stays quiet until it has enough of one to say anything at all. WEIGHT, MEASUREMENTS, PROTEIN AND WATER Weight with a goal, and waist, hips, chest, arm, thigh and neck on tape. Protein and water are simple counters, because muscle is the thing worth protecting on this drug. No food database, no scoring your meals, and no target Doseline invented for you — the number is yours or there isn't one. INJECTION SITES Log where each shot went and see the rotation on a body map. The next suggestion is the site that has rested longest. PROGRESS PHOTOS The same pose, months apart, side by side. Behind Face ID and only on this phone. EXPORT YOUR RECORD CSVs of every dose, weight, measurement, side effect and intake entry, free and unlimited: no subscription stands between you and your own record. A PDF summary written for your doctor is free three times, and unlimited with Pro. PRIVACY No account. No server of ours. No analytics. Your health data is never uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to. It lives on your phone and in your own encrypted iCloud backup. INJECTIONS AND PILLS Semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, dulaglutide and the oral GLP-1s, branded or compounded. Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Saxenda®, Victoza®, Rybelsus®, Trulicity® and Foundayo® are all in the medication list, and switching between them keeps your history intact. DOSELINE PRO Everything above is free except as noted. Pro is a yearly subscription that adds the archive of past treatments, the weekly review, unlimited doctor's PDFs with charts, and the app icon and colour options. The record, its CSVs and the level curve are never behind Pro. Doseline is a record-keeping tool for your own data. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or dosing recommendations, and it does not calculate doses. Always follow your prescriber's instructions. Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: GLP at none against WeekDose's 2. GLP also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). WeekDose's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
