About

Reti Interval Timer

Reti is an interval timer that calls the rounds over your music instead of cutting it, and puts the clock on a TV so a whole room can run from one phone. SIX WAYS TO RUN A CLOCK Intervals, Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, For Time and a lap Stopwatch. Four timers are ready on the first screen โ€” Tabata 20/10 ร— 8, 45/15 ร— 10, EMOM ร— 10 and AMRAP 12:00 โ€” and five preset workouts are built from a 40-movement bodyweight library: legs, core, upper body, cardio and static holds. No equipment. CUES OVER YOUR MUSIC A rising pair for work, a falling pair for rest, a 3-2-1 before each change โ€” mixed in over whatever you're playing, so you know the phase without a glance and your podcast keeps going. Silent mode buzzes instead and keeps the screen on. ON THE TV AirPlay or a cable puts a ten-foot readout on the big screen: the phase fills the whole screen in color, the digits are sized for the back of the room, and the phone in your pocket keeps running the class. HANDS-OFF WHILE IT RUNS The whole screen is the button โ€” tap anywhere to pause. Stop lives behind pause, so a sweaty thumb can't end a session by accident. Coach-mode rests wait for you to say GO, so a rest lasts as long as the load on the bar needs. Siri runs it too: "Hey Siri, start my workout in Reti," pause, resume, stop, skip โ€” no setup. The lock screen and Dynamic Island show the phase, the digits and the round, with pause and resume without unlocking. A PLAN THAT FITS YOUR WEEK Coach, part of Reti Pro, asks five questions: what you're after, how many days, what you've got to train with, anything to work around, and whether there's a date. Then it builds a block, eight weeks or four to twelve if you're working to a date. Each session lands on Home ready to run. Rate how a session went and the weeks ahead can adjust. Away from your gym for a week? Change your equipment in Settings: this week and the rest of the plan follow, and the weeks you've done stay as they were. Reset the plan any time. Your Log stays. A LOG THAT COUNTS WORK Work time only โ€” rest, get-ready and pauses aren't counted. Sessions and your day streak. Export everything as JSON. Delete everything in two taps. FREE, AND RETI PRO Free keeps every mode, every cue, the TV, Siri, three saved custom timers and 30 days of history โ€” forever. Reti Pro adds Coach, 50 saved custom timers and your whole history. It is a yearly subscription with a one-week free trial, and it renews each year until you cancel in Settings โ†’ Apple Account โ†’ Subscriptions. Built for the largest accessibility text sizes and VoiceOver. No account. No ads. Nothing leaves your phone.
