Pipe Offset Calculator gives pipefitters, plumbers and electricians the numbers they cut to: rolling offsets, fitting takeouts and the end-to-end cut, flange bolt-up, conduit bends and drainage grade, in big type on a fraction keypad that works in sixteenths. ROLLING OFFSET Enter the set (or rise) and roll, pick your fitting angle — 22½°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, or any custom angle — and get true offset, travel and run instantly, with a labeled diagram so you always know which number is which. SIMPLE OFFSET Single-plane offsets: one measurement in, travel and run out, drawn to your actual fitting angle. FITTINGS — THE FITTER'S CUT • Cut — pick the pipe size (1/2″ to 24″), the fitting on each end (90° LR, 45° LR, 90° SR, tee, a 90 cut to any angle, or your own takeout) and the welder's root gap, then enter the travel: the end-to-end cut comes out with both takeouts and both gaps already off. Pull the travel straight from the Rolling or Offset tab in one tap • Elbow — cut a 90° long-radius elbow to any angle: the takeout, and the heel, side and throat marks measured from the end you keep • Bolt-up — Class 150 and 300 raised-face flanges: stud count and diameter, stud length, and the wrench for the heavy hex nut • Tables — butt-weld takeouts for 90° LR, 45° LR, 90° SR and tees up to 24″, and a sixteenths decimal-to-fraction table Every takeout and stud number comes from a published catalog to ASME B16.9 / B16.5 and is checked row for row against a second, independent source. CONDUIT BENDING The hand-bender math for EMT, on one tab: • Offset — bend angle 10° to 60°, distance between bends and shrink, and where the first mark goes • 3-bend saddle — centre and side marks over a pipe or beam, 45° or 60° centre • 4-bend saddle — all four marks over an obstacle of any width • 90° stub — mark from the end by conduit size, with back-to-back stubs Every result shows the bender-table number and the exact trig beside it, so you know what the rounding cost. GRADE Drainage slope both directions: run + grade gives you the drop, or run + drop gives you the exact grade — in inches-per-foot and percent, with one-tap presets for 1/8″, 1/4″ and 1/2″ per foot. BUILT FOR THE JOBSITE • Every measurement works both ways: feet-inches-sixteenths AND decimal inches — enter either, read both • Custom fraction keypad with 1/16″ steps and ±1/16″ nudge buttons • Big result cards — tap any result to copy it • Save any result; your saved numbers are one tap away on every tab • One-handed layout, haptic feedback, light and dark • Works offline — in the basement, the crawlspace and the parking garage Buy it once, use it every day.

The pipefitter's pocket reference and field calculator. One purchase, no subscription, no account. Yours. REFERENCE: verified, not scraped Every dimension in PipeBook is extracted from two independent published sources, machine-compared, and hand-resolved against a third before it ships. The handful of values that haven't cleared that process are marked in the app, in plain sight, rather than quietly shipped. No guesses, no filler. • Pipe schedules (ASME B36.10M/B36.19M): wall, ID in decimals and 16ths, weight per foot. NPS 1/8 to 48, Schedule 5 through XXS • Fitting takeoffs (ASME B16.9), the takeouts on the print: 90s and 45s (LR and SR), tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps, stub ends, 1/2 to 24 • Flanges (ASME B16.5, classes 150/300/600): OD, thickness, bolt circle, hub, length thru hub, plus the full bolt-up: stud count, diameter, and length (RF and RTJ) and B16.20 ring gasket numbers CALCULATORS: fraction-native, in 16ths, 32nds or 64ths • Rolling offset: set, roll, travel, run. Pick a pipe size and get the end-to-end cut length with the takeoffs and your welder's root gap already subtracted • Cut a fitting: any angle out of a factory 90, with the heel, centerline and throat marks • Miter cuts: cut angle, cutback, heel-to-throat drop, segment lengths • Parallel offset: equal-spread runs through any turn • Right angle: any two of set, run, travel or angle gives the rest, with grade in percent and inches per foot • Weight & fill: pipe, plate and tube weight, and what the line holds. Pounds and gallons per foot of water, for rigging and hydro • Feet & inches: running tape math that accepts 3' 4 1/2 and never loses a 16th BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Works completely offline. No license checks, no sign-in, nothing to time out in a basement or on a pipeline right-of-way • Send the welder the cut: the text and a dimensioned diagram, straight out of the calculator, with the root gap it assumed printed on the drawing • Type "6 90" and get the 6-inch takeoffs. "6 150" gets the flange. "dn150" works too • Metric: one switch and every calculator takes and gives millimetres. Tables show mm, kg/m and DN • Pin your job's sizes; your recent lookups stay one tap away • Screen stays awake while a table is open • Big targets that work with gloves on No ads. No subscription.
