Forge pairs wake-up alarms with short squat or push-up challenges to help you get out of bed and into motion. Create an alarm, choose an exercise, and set your repetition goal. When the alarm rings, open your task and start moving. Forge counts repetitions and shows posture cues using on-device body-pose processing. FEATURES β’ One-time and repeating alarms using Appleβs AlarmKit β’ Squat and push-up challenges with automatic camera-angle handling β’ Camera practice before your first alarm β’ Camera and alarm permission setup before your first workout β’ Quiet audio when your task opens, with reminders after more than 15 seconds without activity β’ Optional Snooze before you start the task β’ A choice of alarm sounds, including System Default β’ Local progress, completion streaks, repetitions, and stopped-early outcomes β’ A visible emergency Stop alarm control β’ Optional Apple Intelligence reminders after completed sessions, when available PRIVATE BY DESIGN Forge processes camera frames and body-pose results on your iPhone. It does not record or upload camera frames or body-pose histories. No account, ads, or third-party analytics are required. Alarm settings and progress are stored locally. Body-pose processing uses an on-device MediaPipe model with Apple Vision as a fallback. Optional Foundation Models reminders select from general authored tips after a session; they do not assess form or control counting or alarms. Standard reminders remain available when Apple Intelligence is unavailable. Alarm delivery follows iOS behavior and settings. Camera positioning, lighting, and visibility affect tracking.

Your alarm goes off. You do your reps. That's the deal. RepAlarm is the alarm clock that gets you out of bed AND gets your blood pumping. When it rings, the only way to truly silence it is to complete your morning exercises β counted automatically by your iPhone. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set your wake-up time and pick your exercise: squats, push-ups, or jumping jacks. 2. When the alarm fires, open RepAlarm and do your reps. Your iPhone counts them β squats and jumping jacks with motion sensing, push-ups with the proximity sensor (nose to screen!). 3. Dismiss the alarm without doing your reps? It comes back. Again. Do the work and it stays quiet. WHY IT WORKS β’ Real alarms, not notifications β RepAlarm uses iOS alarm technology, so it rings loud on the Lock Screen even with the ringer off. β’ No cheating β reps are detected by real movement, not taps. β’ Streaks β build a wake-up workout streak and keep it alive. Every skipped morning resets it to zero. β’ Clean and simple β set it in seconds, no clutter, no ads inside your morning. Make your first win of the day automatic. Download RepAlarm and earn your morning. Optional sign-in (Apple or Google) backs up your streak and stats. RepAlarm requires iOS 26.
