Countdown Widget vs Timenest

Yamim puts your countdown where you actually see it: on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Create an event, choose a color and symbol, then add a widget. No ads, no account. What can you count? • Weddings, trips, births, moves and big deadlines • Hebrew birthdays and yahrzeits that repeat on the Jewish calendar (Adar I and Adar II handled correctly) • Jewish holidays like Rosh Hashana, Passover and Hanukkah, in one tap • The Omer, in season • Count up too: days together, days sober, days since Widgets • Small, medium and large, plus Lock Screen widgets • Color, progress ring, photo background and glass styles • The number updates at midnight, even when the app is closed Reminders • On the day, a day before, a week before, a month before, or every morning in the final week Sharing • Designed cards for WhatsApp and Instagram • Live links that show the countdown in a browser, with nothing to install Every event can show both dates: 14/03/2027 next to 5 Adar II 5787. Free: up to 3 events, the small widget, all reminders and sharing. Premium is a single in-app purchase: unlimited events, every widget style and size, photo backgrounds, repeating Hebrew dates and custom count phrases. No subscription. Works offline. No sign up, and your events are stored on your device only.

Timenest is a widget-first way to keep the days that matter in front of you — the next birthday, the days you've been together, how long your baby has been here, how many days until the exam. Every Home and Lock Screen size is free, with 73 styles to switch between — or design your own. Works on Apple Watch, with Siri and in Control Center. Count up and count down both apply, lunar birthdays repeat on the lunar calendar, and the holiday library covers 100+ holidays across 15 regions. Reminders 7, 3, 1 or 0 days ahead. iCloud private database sync; photos stay on device and are never uploaded to our servers. Free includes 19 templates and one design of your own. Plus unlocks all 73 templates, unlimited custom designs, fonts and color picking, and full library backup with photos included. Anything you've already saved is never taken back. Plus is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. The lifetime unlock is a single payment and never renews. Prices are shown in the app and vary by region. Privacy Policy: https://duriannb.github.io/timenest-support/privacy.html Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
