Your GLP-1 treatment deserves more than a random notes app. DoseTracker is the shot, weight, and symptom journal built specifically for people on GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Trulicity, and Rybelsus. One tap logs your dose, one glance shows what's next, and every cycle adds another data point to a story only you can tell. WHY PEOPLE KEEP COMING BACK Never miss a dose Set your injection day and DoseTracker reminds you on time, every time - with a home screen widget that shows your next dose at a glance, no app open required. Rotate injection sites with confidence A visual injection map tracks where and when you've injected, helping you rotate sites and avoid irritation. Track weight without the spreadsheet Log your weight in seconds and watch your trend line build cycle after cycle, so progress is easy to see even on slow weeks. Understand your side effects Quick daily and weekly check-ins turn scattered symptoms into patterns, so you can see if nausea shows up on day two every time, and bring real data to your next appointment. Weekly Cycle Reports Every cycle, DoseTracker turns your logs into a clear weekly report: symptom timing, weight trend, and a doctor-ready summary you can export and share. BUILT AROUND YOUR ROUTINE, NOT AGAINST IT Whether you're on a weekly injection or a daily dose, DoseTracker adapts its reminders, cycle tracking, and reports to your exact medication and schedule. DoseTracker is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment - always follow guidance from your healthcare provider. Start your first cycle today. Log a shot, and let DoseTracker do the remembering. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Streakbound is a closed-cycle weight-loss tracker. You set a goal between 7 and 180 days and check in by logging your weight. A body photo is optional and does not complete the day. The App shows day-1-versus-today comparisons, trends, and milestone posters so you can see change over time. This is a general health and fitness tracker. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice. Talk to a clinician before starting a diet, exercise, or medication program. Calorie and nutrition figures are estimates. A GLP-1 log and its on-device curve are a personal record and an educational estimate, not a measurement of medication in your body and not dosing advice. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Set a cycle length and a weight goal, in kilograms or pounds • Log your weight each day. That weigh-in completes the day • Optionally take or choose a body photo for today or a past day. The photo is separate from the weigh-in • View weight-loss progress, weight trend, and body-fat percentage trend • Unlock badges and shareable posters at milestones • Optionally log a GLP-1 treatment on this iPhone: schedule, doses, and an on-device educational curve. A new dose log is in the 3-day in-app trial, then Streakbound Premium. The plan, doses, and curve stay on the device and are not sent to us or to an AI provider • Use an intermittent-fasting timer in Tools, with a local end reminder • Log meals and workouts on the Calorie Scale in Tools • Optionally import steps, active energy, and workouts from Apple Health • Estimate calories from a food photo, library image, or short text (3-day in-app trial, then Streakbound Premium) • Optional AI Insights on your recent weight trend after a weigh-in (off by default). A compact meal or workout summary may be included (no photos, no ingredients) PHOTOS, HEALTH DATA, AND ICLOUD Body photos, weigh-ins, meal and workout logs, and GLP-1 records stay on your iPhone by default and are not uploaded to our servers. Original Apple Health samples stay in the Health app. If you are signed in, subscribe, and turn on iCloud sync, a copy is stored in your personal iCloud account, not on our servers. It can include cycles, weights, body photos, meals, workouts, meal photos, and GLP-1 records. iCloud sync is not in the 3-day trial. Turning it off does not delete the copy already in iCloud. The copy does not appear in the Files app. When you choose to analyze a meal, that photo or short description is sent to a third-party AI to estimate calories. Saved meals stay on your device. 3-DAY TRIAL (APP-MANAGED) For the first 3 days after you first open the App, member features are available as an in-app trial based on the on-device first-launch time, including a new GLP-1 dose log. iCloud sync is not included. This is not an App Store Introductory Offer. Deleting and reinstalling the App usually does not reset that window. MEMBERSHIP (AUTO-RENEWABLE) After the trial, some features require Streakbound Premium (monthly or yearly), including AI food scan, new GLP-1 dose logs, and iCloud sync. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings. Restore purchases from the paywall. Prices and taxes are those shown in your App Store storefront. Sign in with Apple is available when you want an account. iCloud sync also requires that you are signed in. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are linked in the App and below.
