You opened your phone for something else, then found yourself scrolling social media. App Blocker Schedule helps you build a healthier relationship with your phone in two ways: β€’ See what you need to do before you unlock β€’ Prevent apps restricted for the current time period from opening after you unlock Restrict distracting apps so you can use the app you meant to open. Create flexible time periods for digital detox, bedtime, morning preparation, and more. App Blocker Schedule combines a Lock Screen plan with automatic app blocking by time of day. Divide your day into periods such as morning, commute, work, evening, and bedtime. For each period, choose what to show, which apps you want to use, and which apps or categories you want to restrict. When the time period changes, your app restrictions change with it. Block social media during work, video apps at night, or games during sleep. Build a healthier phone routine without relying on willpower every time. SEE YOUR PLAN ON THE LOCK SCREEN β€’ View the current time period, its note, planned actions, recommended apps, and paused-app count β€’ See your next calendar event before unlocking β€’ Know what this part of the day is for before opening your phone β€’ Receive a silent reminder before iOS ends the current Lock Screen display BLOCK APPS BY TIME OF DAY β€’ Choose distracting apps or entire categories for each time period β€’ Automatically switch restrictions when a period begins or ends β€’ Notifications can still arrive, while restricted apps remain behind the Screen Time shield β€’ Create different app limits for mornings, work, study, breaks, evenings, and sleep PLAN THE APPS YOU WANT TO USE β€’ Add apps that support the purpose of each time period β€’ Set a usage goal for each recommended app β€’ See a checkmark when the usage goal is reached β€’ Keep planned actions and behaviors you want to avoid in the same place ADJUST TODAY WITHOUT REBUILDING YOUR SCHEDULE β€’ Shift all of today’s periods earlier or later when your day starts off schedule β€’ Compare the usual time with today’s adjusted time β€’ Show today’s calendar events without changing your repeating schedule β€’ Use different schedules for selected days and dates FREE FEATURES β€’ One schedule β€’ Up to four active time periods β€’ Up to four recommended apps per period β€’ Up to two restricted apps or categories per period β€’ Lock Screen display β€’ Today’s schedule adjustment β€’ Calendar display β€’ Manual file backup APP BLOCKER SCHEDULE PRO β€’ Unlimited schedules and time periods β€’ Unlimited recommended and restricted items β€’ Assign schedules to selected calendar dates β€’ Set a separate usage goal for each recommended app β€’ Automatic iCloud backup Your saved data is not deleted if you return to Free. Extra Pro settings remain saved and become active again when Pro is restored. Screen Time and Calendar permissions are optional and requested only when needed. App Blocker Schedule has no ads, does not use location tracking, and does not use third-party advertising trackers. PEAK turns a focus session into a commitment your phone helps you defend. Pick what distracts you. Pick how long you want to work. Then lock in. For the length of the session PEAK uses Apple's Screen Time to shield the apps and websites you chose, so the decision to focus gets made once instead of every ninety seconds. LOCK THEM OUT Choose apps, categories and websites through Apple's own picker. PEAK never learns which ones you picked. Screen Time hands the app an opaque token and nothing else. STRICT MODE Strict mode holds the session closed. Quitting early takes a deliberate confirmation rather than a reflex tap, so a dull moment does not cost you the block. PRESETS THAT FIT THE WORK SPRINT runs 25 minutes on and 5 off. DEEP WORK runs 50 and 10. LOCK IN runs 90 and 15. Build your own when none of those match the task. A DAILY TARGET Set a target in minutes and watch the day fill in. Progress keeps your completed sessions, your streak and an honest record of where the hours went. ROUTINES Schedule recurring sessions by weekday and time. The morning block starts itself. HOLD TO COMMIT Starting a session takes a press and hold rather than a tap. Small friction, deliberately placed. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Sessions, presets and routines stay on your device. There is no account, no login and no cloud sync, and your Screen Time selection never leaves your phone. PEAK PRO PEAK is a subscription app. Full access needs PEAK Pro, an auto-renewing subscription available as a weekly or a yearly plan. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.
