Tico
Read full descriptionHide full description
Tico is a curious little toucan who loves to learn, and loves company even more. With him, children aged 2 to 6 discover letters, numbers, shapes and colors through short games designed for small fingers. Tico talks to your child and explains every game out loud. WHAT'S INSIDE • Letters and the first sound of words • Counting to 10 and putting numbers in order • Shapes and colors • Everyday words: animals, food and objects • Big or small, which one is different, what comes next • Memory game and drag-and-drop puzzles • Piano: listen to a tune and play it back • Coloring letters, shapes and pictures Every game has 15 levels. Difficulty rises slowly so that your child can always play on their own and build confidence along the way. TICO AND HIS FRUIT Tico now moves: he blinks, his beak moves when he talks, and he waves and laughs with his wings in the air. At the end of every level, your child earns a fruit and gives it to Tico with a tap, or by dragging it over to him. He eats it and says its name. There are 10 fruits to collect in his basket. On the home screen, a tap on Tico or his basket lets your child play with him; after a few fruits he is full and suggests going back to a game. MADE WITH FAMILIES IN MIND • No ads, no videos, no outside links • Works offline, in the car or on holiday • A parent area behind a lock: follow progress, change the language, set a daily play limit • We do not collect any data from children WEEKLY REPORT (PREMIUM) Every week in the parent area: how often your child gets it right first time and how quickly they answer in each game, compared with last week; how long they played this week; and which colors, shapes, letters and numbers they already know and which they are still practicing. It is all worked out on the device, and nothing leaves your phone or tablet. The basic report stays free: their favorite game, a game not tried yet and a level they find hard. 14 LANGUAGES English, Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish and Japanese. Switch at any time and everything is spoken in that language, which makes Tico a gentle first step into a second language. FREE AND PREMIUM Every game has its first levels open to try, and the first lesson of the day is free. Tico Premium unlocks every level of all 14 games, a new lesson every day and the weekly report, with a one-time purchase that lasts forever or a monthly subscription. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time in your account settings.
