■ One nation. An unwritten future. Lead a nation through alternate history in a turn-based strategy simulation on a world map. Build your economy, negotiate treaties and pursue world conquest, with no scripted path to follow. ■ From Rome to the Cold War Start in 117 at Rome's height, 209 after Red Cliffs, 1206 with Genghis Khan, 1453 in Constantinople or 1789 at the Estates-General. Navigate Sarajevo in 1914, the gathering storm of 1936, the Cuban crisis of 1962 or the upheaval of 1989. New: raise the black banners of the Abbasid Revolution in 750, or enter 1600 on the eve of Sekigahara. Japan's warring states era is ending, but the whole world is in play. ■ 1950: Korean War Begin on June 25, 1950, before Seoul falls and before the United States decides on combat intervention. This Korean War game places one nation in your hands on a world map. Move armies, manage the nation and negotiate treaties. Each turn advances one calendar month. The Korean War is the starting point; your choices and the game rules shape what follows. ■ Plan a month. Watch it unfold. The map holds 2,023 land provinces and the seas between them. Tap land to recruit and build, drag armies to move, or tap another nation for diplomacy. Distant orders send troops marching along a route over several turns. Preview the predicted battle outcome before entering enemy-held land. Each turn is one month. Queue orders, then end the turn to resolve movement, battles, occupation, the economy, research, treaties and events together. Read the results in newspaper dispatches. ■ Build a front, break through Draw front lines and assign troops. Field infantry, artillery and armor, with archers and cavalry in earlier eras. Fire artillery two tiles away, build ships at shipyards and land troops from the sea. Modern eras add air forces and bomber sorties. Capture enemy generals, then imprison or recruit them. ■ Treaties have consequences Negotiate alliances, non-aggression pacts, trade, tribute, military aid, passage rights and truces. Talk with foreign diplomats: AI writes dialogue in the voice of the era, while relations, national strength and terms decide the deal. Pleading won't change those conditions. Build a case for war, declare it and call allies to join. Break a treaty and the world remembers. ■ Run the nation behind the army Choose era-appropriate governments and edicts. Manage public support, broadcast schedules and corruption investigations. Nationalize or privatize industry, issue bonds and currency, launch major public works and integrate new lands culturally. Research military, economic, administrative, diplomatic and intelligence trees, plus technologies unique to each nation. ■ A world with plans of its own AI nations form alliances and start wars. Coalitions rise against powerful states; lands with collapsing public support can break away. The world's temperament varies from calm to turbulent each game. Meet conquest, economic or diplomatic victory conditions for 12 consecutive turns to win. Campaigns span 20 years, with a review every 10 years. Keep playing after the ending. Choose Normal, Hard or Very Hard. ■ Season War: hold the line A new season starts every two weeks. Everyone defends France in 1914 against Germany's offensive under the same conditions. Fight for 15 minutes and compete on how many provinces you hold. ■ War Mode: focus on conquest Choose a scenario and nation, start with every technology unlocked and fight for world conquest. War Mode strips out domestic management and has no time limit. Progress is saved on your device. No account needed.
