Liora

"I do not know why some weeks are so much worse." If that sentence sounds familiar, Liora was built for you. Liora is a private journal for perimenopause and menopause. Record what you are experiencing, see what your own records show over time, and bring a clear summary to your next appointment. No judgment. No diagnosis. Just your records, in plain language. WHOLE CHECK-INS, IN YOUR OWN WORDS Choose from 47 symptoms, rate each one from 1 to 5, and add one note for the whole check-in. Say when it happened: now, last night, this morning, or a specific date and time, even while travelling. Record as many check-ins a day as you need, or record that you have no symptoms to report. Drafts are kept if you are interrupted, and check-ins save on your phone first, so they work offline. YOUR PRIORITIES FIRST Pick up to five symptoms that matter most right now. They come first when you check in and guide which Field Note you see first. FIELD NOTES: WHAT YOUR RECORDS SHOW Field Notes describe what your own records show for a stated period, with the dates behind every statement. You can inspect the evidence day by day. Days you did not record stay unknown; they are never counted as symptom-free. When there are not enough comparable records, Liora says so instead of guessing. Field Notes describe associations in your records. They never claim causes or diagnose a condition. APPLE HEALTH IN CONTEXT (OPTIONAL, READ-ONLY) With your permission, Liora reads sleep duration, heart rate variability (daily average), steps, active energy and weight from Apple Health and shows them beside your check-ins. Liora never writes to Apple Health. TREATMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS Record hormone therapy, non-hormonal prescriptions, supplements and lifestyle changes with their start and stop dates. Once you have enough recorded dates, Liora compares your records from the 60 days before a start date with your records since, as observations rather than treatment effects. THE HORMONE HORIZON MAP See where you are using the STRAW+10 staging framework. Natural cycles, surgical menopause, induced menopause, irregular cycles and no periods are all supported, and period tracking is optional. ASK ABOUT YOUR SLEEP Ask a question about your sleep in your own words. Liora answers from the records you choose to share for that question, with dated evidence and what remains unknown. AI wording is optional and off unless you turn it on. Questions about medication, diagnosis or urgent symptoms get safety guidance instead of an AI answer. APPOINTMENT BRIEF Choose up to three records, add your question, and optionally include treatments, Field Notes and stage context. Preview everything, then share a one-page PDF with your clinician. JOURNAL Browse every check-in by day in a timeline or calendar, including records from earlier versions of Liora, shown exactly as they were saved. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads and no ad trackers, and your data is never sold. Export all of your data or delete your account at any time from Profile. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Liora offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. IMPORTANT NOTICE Liora describes what your own self-reported records and available Apple Health readings show. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health. A CALM PLACE TO LAND • A soft, botanical design with original artwork, built to be readable on the hardest days • A discreet home screen widget that shows your day's log count, and nothing else • Daily reminders that never name a symptom in a notification FREE AND PAID Logging, journaling, cycle tracking, and CSV export are free forever. Your first doctor report is free too.
