**CodecCast RX β Professional Live Audio Receiving** Turn your iPhone or iPad into a professional-grade audio receiver. CodecCast-RX plays high-quality stereo audio streamed in real time from CodecCast-TX transmitters, giving event crews, interpreters' audiences, and monitoring staff a fast, reliable way to listen live β without heavy hardware. Built around a broadcast-console interface, CodecCast-RX keeps the controls you actually need β output levels, link status, and receive state β clear and immediate. **KEY FEATURES** *High-quality stereo reception* Receive full stereo audio in real time with a music-optimized codec, and hear the broadcast within about a second of the transmitter going on air. *Fully automatic reception* Join a channel once and CodecCast-RX does the rest: it connects, stands by, starts playing the moment the transmitter goes ON AIR, and returns to standby when the broadcast stops. Reception keeps playing with the screen locked. *Instant QR join* Scan the QR code shown on the transmitter and you're in β no logins, no setup. Your joined channels are kept in a list so you can switch between broadcasts with a tap. *See who's on air* The channel list shows each broadcaster's organization and device name, together with live status β ONAIR, ONLINE, or OFFLINE β refreshed every time you open it. *Flexible audio output* Audio follows your output automatically: USB audio interface, wired headphones, Bluetooth, or the built-in speaker. Live output metering with professional PPM-style ballistics shows exactly what you're feeding to your PA or headphones. *Reference tone and instant mute* Play a local 1 kHz, -18 dBFS line-up tone to check your speakers and level alignment β even before connecting β and mute the output instantly whenever you need to. *Connection monitoring* Keep an eye on server link status, latency, packet loss, jitter, and receive bitrate, and run a line-quality check before the show starts. *Try it free* Out of listening time? A free 30-second preview plays whenever a broadcast starts, so you can confirm everything works before you buy. *Listening time that stays yours* Listening uses listening time (minutes), consumed only while a broadcast is actually playing β standing by costs nothing. Buy additional minutes anytime as one-time in-app purchases β no subscriptions. Your balance is tied to your installation and can be moved to a new device by QR transfer, or restored with your Apple ID. *Set your identity* Name your organization and device so broadcasters always know exactly who's listening. **HOW IT WORKS** 1. Ask the broadcaster to show their channel QR code in CodecCast-TX. 2. Open CodecCast-RX and scan it β you join and connect automatically. 3. When the transmitter goes ON AIR, audio starts playing instantly. 4. Switch channels anytime from your channel list. **WHO IT'S FOR** β’ Event staff, houses of worship, and conference attendees receiving a live audio feed β’ Interpretation and assistive-listening audiences β’ Engineers monitoring a remote or backup feed β’ Anyone who needs simple, high-quality, real-time audio reception **NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED** Get started right away. CodecCast RX doesn't ask you to create an account. CodecCast-RX is the receiver app. To broadcast, install CodecCast-TX on the transmitting device. Listening time is sold as consumable in-app purchases, and prices are shown in the app before you buy. Real-time performance depends on your network conditions.

Sound Master β acoustic measurement for live-sound engineers: sound level meter, spectrum analyser, RT60, system response and speaker delay alignment. Usable results in seconds, in the field, offline and with no account. Built for the field Sound techs, system engineers, installers: every tool answers a real situation β finding a hole in the response before the audience arrives, checking an RT60, aligning a delay tower, tuning a system. Mic-based readings are indicative, not calibrated: a field tool, not a lab. On iPhone and iPad Real-time sound level meter in decibels. Real-time spectrum analyser, full-resolution FFT or octave bands from 1/1 to 1/12, with peak hold and RMS curve. RT60 measurement (T20 method). Signal generator (sine, white noise, pink noise, log sweep). Swept system response. Speaker delay alignment. Saved captures that can be compared against each other and exported to PDF. On Mac β additionally A Mac has an audio interface plugged into it, and the Mac edition uses it. Live mode: meter, analyser and spectrogram side by side in one window, each panel resizable and adjustable on its own. dB A and dB C over fifteen minutes, microphone calibration, limits that turn red when exceeded, a trend indicator. Session recording to PDF minute by minute, and instant screen capture to PDF. Input routing: each bus is assigned to any input of any device, from inside the app. The MIC bus carries the measurement β it is what the meter, the analyser and the spectrogram all read. The optional REF bus carries the reference signal and appears as an extra curve on the analyser with its own scale, draggable so it can be laid over the measurement for comparison. The two buses can come from two different boxes: the app builds its own private aggregate device with clock drift correction, adding nothing to your system settings and never touching Audio MIDI Setup. Subscription Free trial, then subscription. The subscription is shared across iPhone, iPad and Mac β one purchase covers all your devices. On Mac there is no ad-supported free tier. About level readings The meter gives working figures for the sound engineer, dependent on your microphone's calibration. It is not a regulatory sound level meter: a legally valid measurement requires a class 1 or 2 instrument per IEC 61672. In a venue subject to noise regulation, the venue's own system is what counts.
