Pay once, own it forever. BUILT FOR THE FIELD - Works 100% offline. No signal on the jobsite? Everything still works. No license checks, ever. - Feet-inches-sixteenths input everywhere. Think in 16ths, not decimals. - Full metric mode (mm) that actually works. - Save your spools and reuse the numbers that worked. OFFSET CALCULATOR (45 DEGREES FREE FOREVER) - Set + roll to true offset, travel, and run for any fitting angle: 5.625, 11.25, 22.5, 30, 45, 60, 90. - Cut length done for you: travel minus takeouts minus weld gaps. Mark the pipe and cut. - Clear diagram with every result. TAKEOUTS AND PIPE DATA - ASME B16.9 takeout chart: 90 LR, 45 LR, 90 SR, 180 return, tees, caps - NPS 1/2 to 24. - Odd-angle cuts: takeout and center-to-face to cut any angle from a standard 90. - Pipe schedules 10/40/80/160/STD/XS/XXS: OD, ID, wall, weight per foot. FLANGE AND BOLT-UP - ASME B16.5 class 150/300/600: bolt count, stud size, bolt circle. - Star tightening sequence diagrams and 3-pass torque targets (30/60/100 percent). TEMPLATES AND ORDINATES - Miter elbows: cut angles, segment lengths, 16-line wrap template ordinates. - Saddle-on tees and laterals: 16 numbered ordinates, ready to lay out. - Dummy legs: on straight runs and on the back of a 90 LR ell - solved with real geometry, not approximations. ACCURACY YOU CAN CHECK Every multiplier, takeout, and ordinate is verified against published ASME B16.9 / B16.5 / B36.10 tables and cross-checked with independent numeric solvers. If you find a number that is off, we fix it. FREE VS PRO Free forever: the full offset calculator at 45 degrees (including cut length), Schedule 40 pipe data, and the tape-math converter. One affordable one-time purchase unlocks every angle, every chart, every template. No subscription. No ads. No account. Made for pipefitters, steamfitters, pipe welders, plumbers, sprinkler fitters, boilermakers, and apprentices working toward their ticket. COMMON QUESTIONS Does it work offline? Yes. Everything runs on the phone. No signal needed on the jobsite, and no licence check, ever. Is it a subscription? No. One purchase, yours forever. What is free and what is Pro? Free: the 45° offset calculator with cut length, Schedule 40 pipe data, and the tape math. Pro: every other fitting angle, odd-angle cuts, miter, saddle and lateral templates, dummy leg, the B16.9 takeout chart, B16.5 flange bolt-up, the other schedules, saved spools, metric mode, and no ads. Does it do metric? Yes, a full mm mode — it is part of Pro. Where do the numbers come from? Published ASME B16.9, B16.5 and B36.10 tables, plus plain trigonometry. Every result comes with its diagram. Does it replace the spec or the drawing? No. It is a field calculator. The isometric, the spec and your foreman come first. Calculate the pipe cut length between two real fittings. Pipe Offset shows the cut piece, center-to-center travel, fitting deductions and joint gaps together, so you can follow the calculation from layout to cut. Built for pipefitters and steamfitters working with metric or imperial dimensions. Choose EN/DN, ASME/NPS or copper profiles, or enter a custom outside diameter. Fitting values carry source labels: standard, catalogue, theoretical or measured. When a table does not cover your fitting, enter its measured dimensions. OFFSETS AND FITTINGS Solve simple and rolling offsets. With the unlock, select fittings A and B independently at a shared angle, lay out parallel banks with cumulative marks, solve for a target run, or account for an obstacle and clearance. The drawing highlights the cut piece and shows the dimension chain. BRANCHES AND SEGMENTED ELBOWS Lay out branch connections with numbered ordinates for the branch cut and header opening. The unlock adds oblique and eccentric branches, segmented elbows and printable 1:1 PDF templates. Templates tile across A4 or Letter pages with a calibration ruler and overlap marks. Save offsets, branches and elbows as jobs and export PDF cut sheets. INCLUDED WITHOUT PURCHASE Simple and rolling offset calculations, axis dimensions and cut length using the region's default butt-weld elbow family, ASME LR or EN 3D, or your measured fitting values. Also includes one on-screen example of a centered branch at 90°. ONE-TIME UNLOCK One non-consumable purchase opens all included fitting catalogues, independent A/B fitting selection, parallel banks, target-run and obstacle tools, full branch tools, segmented elbows, saved jobs and PDF exports. No subscription. Restore Purchases is available in Settings. Works offline. No account or login. Saved jobs use local app storage.
