Your VO₂ max, wherever you look first. Just VO2 Max brings your latest Apple Health estimate to three equally important places: your Apple Watch face, iPhone Home Screen, and iPhone Lock Screen. Check your value without opening an app. ON YOUR WATCH FACE Choose a circular, rectangular, or corner complication. The rectangular style also shows your trend and measurement date and time. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Choose a small, medium, or large widget. Each shows your value, trend, and measurement date and time. The large widget adds a chart of up to six recent readings. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Choose a circular gauge or rectangular widget. The rectangular style shows your value, measurement date and time, and trend when available. COMPANION APPS Use the iPhone and Apple Watch apps to grant read-only Health access and view the latest reading. The Watch app updates when opened. The iPhone app also shows up to six recent readings, with controls to refresh and check setup. The iPhone dashboard adapts to iPhone Duo’s closed and unfolded displays, in portrait and landscape. SIMPLE AND PRIVATE • Free, with no account or subscription • Read-only access to VO₂ max in Apple Health • Health readings stay on your devices • No ads in widgets, complications, or the Watch app • The iPhone companion app is supported by banner ads Just VO2 Max displays estimates already stored in Apple Health. It does not measure or calculate VO₂ max. New readings depend on Apple Health and supported workouts; iOS and watchOS manage refresh timing. The trend compares your latest estimate with up to three previous readings. Your VO₂ max values, sample dates, and sources are never sent to advertising or analytics providers. The app displays fitness information only and does not provide medical advice.

About

ParamWatch

Features

ParamWatch turns your Apple Watch into a real-time dashboard for your body and your surroundings. No extra hardware, no subscription — just clean, live data directly from your watch sensors. BIOMETRICS PAGE · Heart Rate — continuous BPM from HealthKit · SpO₂ — blood oxygen saturation · HRV — heart rate variability in milliseconds, a key indicator of recovery and stress · Respiratory Rate — breaths per minute ACTIVITY PAGE · Speed — real-time GPS speed in km/h with satellite lock indicator · Altitude — elevation above sea level in metres · Distance — total walking/running distance for the day · Steps — step count since midnight · Calories — active energy burned today · Weather — outdoor temperature and humidity, refreshed every 2 minutes from your current location DESIGNED FOR WATCH ParamWatch is a standalone watchOS app. No iPhone app required, no companion needed. The interface fits the watch face with two swipeable pages so every metric is one glance away. PRIVACY FIRST All health data stays on your device. ParamWatch reads from HealthKit but never stores or uploads your personal data. Weather is fetched anonymously from the open-source Open-Meteo API using only your current coordinates — no account required. COMPLICATION INCLUDED A watch complication lets you pin heart rate, speed, and distance directly on any watch face that supports rectangular complications. The widget displays a real-time heart rate sparkline chart alongside four key metrics — heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, and calories — refreshing every 5 seconds. The redesigned complication features a clean black background with color-coded icons for at-a-glance readability on any watch face. Real time notifications: the app monitors your heart rate and blood oxygen in real time, alerting you with a haptic and notification if your heart rate stays above 170 BPM or below 45 BPM, or if your SpO₂ drops below 90% for more than 30 seconds.
