Stillwise vs Clear

Stillwise is a private, local-first companion for understanding your drinking habits with more calm and less judgment. RECORD AND UNDERSTAND — FREE • Check in honestly with “didn’t drink,” “drank a little,” or “drank a lot.” • Review history, goals, streaks, mood patterns, triggers, and a 30-day calendar. • Open the complete local 28-day review after seven distinct recorded days. It reports associations, sample size, and uncertainty—not cause and effect. • Use the one-minute urge pause, manual prevention plans, custom tags, and professional-help resources. • Export selected data, create an encrypted complete backup, restore a backup, or delete your data. • Check in from the Widget and Apple Watch. ANTICIPATE AND ACT — STILLWISE PLUS Stillwise Plus is a single, one-time purchase. It adds proactive local Today guidance, confirmed risk-window ranking, and device-local reminders. These features stay useful without an API key, remote AI, or a network connection. Remote AI is an optional bring-your-own-key enhancement. It is off by default, never controls safety-critical decisions, and shows a data preview before every request. Requests go directly to the compatible provider and endpoint you configure. PRIVATE BY CHOICE Stillwise has no Stillwise account, hidden analytics, or advertising SDK. Records stay on your device by default. iCloud and remote AI are optional and user controlled. Local reminders are off by default and avoid sensitive lock-screen wording. Stillwise supports habit awareness. It does not diagnose an alcohol-use disorder, replace professional medical care, provide emergency treatment, or promise that AI will reduce drinking.
