GIF to MP4 vs FloatPlayer

Instagram, TikTok and a dozen other apps won't take a GIF. They take video. GIF to Video converts your GIF into an MP4 you can actually post — and it keeps the timing exactly. A GIF whose frames each linger for a different length still runs at the speed it ran at, instead of coming out sped up. • Every frame's timing is preserved, so the motion is unchanged • Saves a standard MP4 to your photos • Works entirely offline. Nothing is uploaded, ever. • No ads. No account. No subscription.

FloatPlayer turns any video into a floating window. Play a video, swipe home, and it keeps playing in a draggable, resizable Picture-in-Picture window over whatever you are doing.
