Snap your plate; AI estimates the foods and portions, and you confirm. Calories, macros, water and weight in one place, with Turkish dishes listed by name. Working with a dietitian? Your weekly plan, messages and weekly check-ins live in the same app. • PHOTO LOGGING: Take a photo of your plate; AI estimates the foods and portions, and you review and confirm. Estimates are always editable. • LOG BY TYPING OR SPEAKING: Type or say "I had two eggs and a bagel for breakfast"; a draft is prepared and nothing is added to your diary until you confirm it. • NUTRITION ASSISTANT: Ask about calories, portions, macros and meal ideas; it keeps the context of your follow-up questions. It does not diagnose or give treatment advice. • WORK WITH YOUR DIETITIAN: Your weekly plan, messages and weekly check-ins in one place. You choose what you share with your dietitian and can withdraw it at any time. • PERSONAL TARGETS: Daily calorie and macro targets based on your age, height, weight and goal; or set your own. • FAST LOGGING: Food search, barcode scanning, nutrition label reading and recent meals. • DIARY & INSIGHTS: Meal-based diary, water and weigh-in history, weight trend, streaks and a weekly report. • FASTING: Intermittent fasting timer with live tracking on your Lock Screen. • APPLE HEALTH: Reads your steps, active energy and workouts with your permission. • PRIVACY FIRST: Analytics are off by default and only enabled with your explicit consent. Health data is never used for ads. EatWell is not a medical device; consult your doctor or dietitian for health decisions.
