NEVER LOSE TRACK OF A REFUND AGAIN If you shop online a lot, you know the drill: you return something, wait weeks for a refund, and then… forget about it. Did it ever show up? Was it a store credit instead? Did that airline voucher expire while you weren't looking? RefundIQ does the remembering for you. HOW IT WORKS RefundIQ automatically scans for refund confirmations, return shipping updates, and store credit - no manual entry, no forwarding emails, no digging through your inbox. Connect your credit cards and we'll match every refund you're owed against what's actually landed in your account, so you always know exactly what's missing. WHAT REFUNDIQ TRACKS FOR YOU Refunds - Every refund you're owed, from every retailer, in one place. See what's pending, what's been refunded, and what's overdue. Past Due Refunds - When a refund takes too long, RefundIQ flags it and follows up with the merchant on your behalf, so you don't have to write another "just checking in" email. Store Credits - Automatically finds store credit issued instead of cash refunds, tracks the balance, and reminds you before it expires so you actually use it. Travel & Airline Credits - Flight cancellations, hotel credits, travel vouchers, tracked with expiration alerts so you don't lose money to a forgotten credit. Subscriptions - See every recurring charge hitting your card, know exactly when you'll be billed next, and cancel the ones you don't need anymore. Automatic Follow-Ups - For refunds stuck in limbo, RefundIQ sends a follow-up to the merchant, tracks their response, and keeps you posted every step of the way. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY SHOP Whether you're returning three dresses a week or just trying to keep tabs on that one airline credit from last spring, RefundIQ was built for shoppers who buy a lot, return a lot, and don't have time to babysit every refund. RefundHound is a refund tracker for the returns you've already sent back. Log the refund, set the date the merchant promised, and get reminded the moment it's late. Sent something back and never saw the money? Refunds slip through the cracks because nobody is keeping score — the return goes out, the promised date passes quietly, and weeks later you've forgotten the amount, the date, and who to chase. RefundHound keeps score for you. HOW IT WORKS 1. Log the refund — merchant, amount, and the date they promised 2. Get a reminder when that date arrives: did the money land? 3. Tap "Got it" and the refund closes. Tap "Not yet" and RefundHound keeps chasing. IT ESCALATES SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO An ordinary reminder app nags you with the same message forever. RefundHound changes its advice as a refund ages: • First — check your account, the promised window has passed • Then — time to contact support, with a ready-to-send message you copy in one tap • Then — if you paid by card, here's how disputing the charge works • Finally — keep waiting, or write it off and move on? Reminders arrive every three days and stop after six. It chases the merchant, not you. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO MAKE THE CASE • Attach a receipt photo from your camera or gallery • Record the refund method — card, PayPal, store credit, bank transfer or other • Add a note for the order number or the agent who promised it • Copy a pre-written support message with the exact dates and amount filled in • Full ISO currency support, from USD and EUR to JPY, SEK and KWD SEE WHAT YOU'VE RECOVERED A running total of every refund that actually landed, plus counts of what arrived and what you wrote off. Searchable history of every closed refund. Export the lot to CSV whenever you like — and import it back on a new phone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-up, no server. Every refund, note and receipt photo lives in a database on your phone and nowhere else. No ads, no trackers, no analytics. Cloud backup is deliberately switched off, because receipt photos are personal — CSV export is how you move your data, and you control it. BUILT TO FEEL RIGHT • Light and dark themes • Full screen-reader and accessibility support • Follows your device language • Undo on delete and write-off, so a mis-tap is never permanent WHO IT'S FOR Anyone waiting on money back — online shoppers with returns in transit, travellers owed a cancelled booking, anyone whose deposit, reimbursement or subscription refund has quietly gone missing. RefundHound is free to use, and free to track up to three active refunds at a time. A single one-time purchase unlocks unlimited active refunds — never a subscription. History, statistics and CSV export are free for everyone. Stop hoping the money shows up. Start tracking it.
