Feel calmer, think clearer. Oneliine is guided writing for noisy minds. When your head is full, a single question or a calm voice gives your thoughts somewhere to go. There’s no blank page, and one line is enough. Today’s line: One question a day, waiting on Home. Answer it in a line, or keep going on a full page. Follow everyone’s question of the day, or get a new one each day from the topics you choose. Guided sessions: Press play, then write along. In five minutes, Yaakov, Oneliine’s founder, asks a few questions and talks each one through, so you always know where to start. Type on the page, or listen and write on paper. Prompts for whatever’s on your mind: 156 prompts in 12 topics, from Start your day and End of day to Ease anxiety, Work and Decisions. Stuck? Tap the light bulb for a way in. Keep the prompts you like with a heart. Your journal: Every line, session and page, kept by day. Share a line or a session as a card when you want to. Your journal is private to your account, and you can lock it with Face ID or a PIN. Reminders that invite: Choose a time and the day’s question comes to you. Tap it and you’re straight on the page. What’s included: Today’s line, every prompt, your journal and three guided sessions (The Day Ahead, Space for Gratitude and End of Day) are yours to use. A subscription opens every guided session, and each new one as it’s added. Subscription: Oneliine offers a monthly and a yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. About

Khalas Stop Scrolling

Khalas (خلاص — "enough") is a Screen Time blocker for people who open Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, or X without deciding to. Not a parental control app. Not a Pomodoro timer. Khalas gives you one honest daily allowance across the apps that eat your time, and steps in — calmly, not with guilt — when it's gone. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps, categories, or websites that pull you in. • Set one shared daily allowance: 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes. • When it's used up, Khalas blocks those apps until tomorrow. • Add a Sleep block and a Work block for the hours you don't want to be tempted at all. • Need five more minutes? Say why, wait through a short pause, then decide. Khalas adds friction, not judgment. BUILT ON APPLE SCREEN TIME Khalas runs entirely on Apple's own Screen Time framework (Family Controls). Your app selections and usage never leave your device — Khalas can't see which apps you picked or how you use them. BUILT FOR THE GULF, NOT TRANSLATED FOR IT Khalas was designed first for Saudi Arabia and the GCC: full Arabic support, true right-to-left layout, and a tone that's direct without shaming you. It works just as well in English. WHAT MAKES KHALAS DIFFERENT • One shared allowance across all your distracting apps — not app-by-app limits to negotiate with. • A five-minute override with a real pause and a reason, not an easy "Remind Me Later." • Sleep and Work blocks that run automatically, with no daily setup. • A calm, confident interruption — not a lecture. Khalas includes a 7-day free trial, then continues as Khalas Pro (monthly or annual). Cancel anytime in Settings. Enough scrolling. Take your time back.
