Repline is a strength-training log, and it's free. No subscription. No account. No ads. No "Pro" version that nags you to upgrade. Nothing to buy, ever — just a lifting log, and that's the whole deal. WHAT IT DOES Build a routine, start it, and log your sets. Weight, reps, done. The screen you use most is the one you're looking at, and there's nothing on it you have to learn. • Routines you build once and reuse forever • Fast set logging — weight, reps, and a big Complete Set button • Per-set rest timers, with an alert that reaches you even with the app closed and your wrist down • Warm-up sets, kept out of your working-set numbers • Supersets, per-exercise notes, and sticky notes IT JUST SYNCS TO YOUR WATCH This is a real Apple Watch app, not a remote control. Log the whole session from your wrist if you want to. • Start on either device, finish on either device • Sets you log on one show up on the other, mid-workout • Rest countdown and a buzz on your wrist • Nothing to pair, nothing to sign in to — install it and it's already synced IT KEEPS SCORE • Personal records tracked automatically — weight, reps, and volume • A record and a history for every exercise you do • Your full workout history IT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Your training data lives on your device. There's no server, because there's no account. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is sold — there are no ads to target and no subscription to sell you on. Optionally, Repline writes finished workouts to Apple Health. That's the only place your data goes, and only if you say yes. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO Repline doesn't do plate math, body measurements, progress photos, macro tracking, coaching, or social feeds. If you want those, there are good apps that do — most of them for a yearly subscription. This one is for people who just want to write down what they lifted. iPhone + Apple Watch. Free. That's it.
