Most sleep apps hand you a number in the morning and leave you with it. Dawnline shows you where that number comes from — and how certain it is. Every number explains itself Tap any value and the arithmetic appears beneath it: the formula, the inputs it used, and the nights it rests on. Total sleep names every individual stage that went into it. The score names all seven components with their points. Nothing goes into it that you cannot see. Confidence instead of false precision Not every night is measured equally well, and Dawnline does not pretend otherwise. Each night carries how dependable it is and why: a continuous recording with detected sleep stages is not the same thing as a few fragments from two devices. What was never measured appears as a gap, not as a zero. And an analysis that still needs more nights tells you how many — rather than showing a number that isn't one yet. Your score, fully disclosed Seven components with fixed weights: duration 34, regularity 22, efficiency 14, continuity 12, and 6 points each for deep sleep, REM and the detected sleep stages. The whole table lives in the app under "About the calculation", together with the reasoning behind every single weight. Today The night ring draws your night as one calm arc, from going to bed to getting up. Beneath it sit the metrics: total sleep, efficiency, continuity, deep sleep, REM, time to fall asleep, awake time after falling asleep, awakenings and sleep midpoint. Each one leads to its own explanation. Trends Across weeks you see what a single night cannot show: how regular your sleep is, how far your sleep midpoint scatters and which way it is drifting, how much sleep debt has built up against your goal. The weekly comparison also tells you whether a difference is larger than your usual variation — or only looks that way. All of it stays correct across midnight and on the two daylight saving days each year. On your wrist and on your Home Screen Apple Watch shows your score and the numbers of the night, with a complication for your watch face and widgets for Home and Lock Screen. They all show the same numbers as the app: they do not calculate on their own, they pass values along. Privacy here is not a setting, it is the architecture Dawnline has no account, no server and no networking code. Apple Health is the only data source, and it is read only. No subscription, no ads, no tracking. Your sleep data never leaves your device, because there is no path by which it could. Dawnline is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice.

Apps lock. Exercise unlocks. MoveM gives the apps that eat your day a daily time budget. When the budget runs out, the app is locked — and the only way back in is to move. Prop up your phone, do the reps, and the camera counts them for you. Minutes land back in your budget the second you finish. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps. Pick them from Apple's Screen Time picker and give each one a daily amount of free time. 2. Time runs out, the app locks. MoveM watches the clock in the background. Open a locked app and you get MoveM instead. 3. Move to unlock. Push-ups, squats, jumping jacks or high knees — finish the set and the app opens again. WHAT YOU GET • Real limits, built on Apple's Screen Time framework — not a reminder you can swipe away • A camera rep counter using on-device body-pose detection, with a front-view pose guide and a voice counting along • A different price for every app: ten push-ups for one, thirty squats for the one you really cannot put down • Several exercises in a row when you want an app to cost more • Stats that put your screen time and your workouts on the same page, over 7 days, 30 days or 12 weeks • Sweat points and leaderboards — an overall board plus one for each exercise, reset at midnight in your own time zone • A share card built automatically after every session, with your exercises, reps and minutes earned • Emergency unlock for the moments you genuinely need the app right now PRIVACY Your camera never leaves your phone. Pose detection runs entirely on device; nothing is recorded, saved or uploaded. Apple's Screen Time framework hands the app opaque tokens, so we cannot see which apps you limit or how long you use them. Joining the leaderboard is optional, your account is anonymous by default, and a nickname and avatar are entirely up to you. You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app. FREE AND LIFETIME MoveM is free to use with one app under a daily limit. Workouts and unlocks are unlimited on the free plan — there is no cap on how often you can earn time back. MoveM Lifetime is a one-time purchase that lets you limit as many apps as you like, each with its own budget and its own exercises, and includes every future update. It is not a subscription: you pay once, nothing renews, and nothing is charged again. The price is shown in the app before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple Account. Already bought it? Restore Purchases in Settings brings it back on any device signed in with the same Apple Account. LANGUAGES English, 简体ä¸æ–‡, 日本語, Español, Français, Deutsch — switchable inside the app. LEGAL AND SUPPORT Privacy Policy: https://movem-ehc.pages.dev/privacy Terms of Use: https://movem-ehc.pages.dev/terms Support: https://movem-ehc.pages.dev/contact Email: isrealleven@163.com
