Ouch Log

OuchLog is a fast, private pain tracker and symptom diary for people living with chronic pain, migraine, fibromyalgia, arthritis and other long-term conditions. Log a flare in seconds, see what actually helps, and walk into your next appointment with proof. MADE FOR YOUR WORST DAYS • Log a flare in about five seconds — tap a pain level, tap where it hurts, done. • Point to exactly where it hurts on a body map: left, right, front and back. • Add triggers, pain types, medications and notes later, once the flare passes. • During a flare, Home shows how long it has lasted. Tap "No pain now" when it eases. • Log from Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets or your Apple Watch, without opening the app. SEE WHAT ACTUALLY HELPS • Medication relief: your pain before each dose next to your pain 30 minutes to 4 hours after it, for every medication. • Check-in after a dose: one notification asks how you feel now, and you answer right from it. • Set your own dose limits — a daily maximum and the hours between doses — and see where you stand on each medication. OuchLog only counts; it never blocks a dose. • A rolling 30-day counter of as-needed medication days, with a limit you set — a gentle nudge to check with your doctor. FIND YOUR PATTERNS • Trends over 7, 30 or 90 days, compared with the period before • Flares: how many, how long they last, and the longest one • Time of day, most affected body regions, pain types and triggers — with the average pain level for each • Daily impact: days you missed work or school, and days you cut back on activities • Sleep and pain: connect Apple Health to compare your worst pain after short nights and long ones • A calendar with a color dot for every day EACH MONTH, SUMMED UP • Pain days, flares, medication relief and what changed since the month before, on one page • An optional notification on the 1st of each month WALK IN WITH PROOF • Add your doctor visits and the questions you want to ask • A reminder the evening before, with a report covering everything since your last visit • PDF reports for 7, 30 or 90 days, a custom range, or since your last visit — your questions printed at the top • CSV export of every entry PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your pain entries, notes and medications stay on your device. No account, no sign-up, and OuchLog has no server of its own: your entries are never sent to us. • Apple Health is optional and off until you connect it. New entries are saved there as symptoms; sleep read from it stays on your device. • Lock the diary with Face ID or your passcode. • Works fully offline; export a backup whenever you like. • No ads. EASY TO USE WHILE HURTING • Large targets, high contrast, full Dynamic Type support • 20 languages Everything OuchLog shows is a pattern in your own log. It is a pain diary, not a medical device: it does not diagnose or treat, and does not give medical advice. Always talk to a healthcare professional about your symptoms and before making decisions about medication. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
