PREJUDGE runs your posing round the way the head judge does: every mandatory called out loud, held on the clock, in the order your division is judged, while your phone films you. Built on the public IFBB Pro League rules for Open / 212, Classic Physique, Men's Physique, Wheelchair, Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Women's Physique, Women's Bodybuilding and Fitness. ON THE CLOCK - The voice calls each pose and each quarter turn, so your eyes stay up and your hands stay free. - A stage you read from three metres: the pose, the seconds left, what comes next. - Set the rounds, the hold, the rest and the time between poses, and how loud the calls are. - Stop takes a deliberate hold, so a stray tap never ends a round. - Pause and skip with the volume buttons or a Bluetooth shutter clicker (iOS 17.2 and later, turn it on in Settings). FILMED - Record every round with the front or back camera. - The video comes out with the pose name, the countdown and the round burned in. Save it to Photos. - Stance guides on the camera preview for the middle of the stage, your shoulders and your hips. Never in the video. - If a recording stops, the app says so and why. Leave the app mid round and the round waits for you. TOWARD SHOW DAY - Set your show date: Practice counts down the weeks, with a reminder at 12 and at 8 weeks out. - Every session goes in your log, with your notes. PREJUDGE PRO - Comparison mode: every hold a different length, the odd pose called again, "Hold" before the release. Like a real prejudging. - A prep program that grows your holds and rounds week by week toward show day. - Your own routines on your own music, laid out on a timeline, with practice speed, counts and a show ready music export. - Every division at once, instead of one at a time. - Jump to any pose in your video and play it back in slow motion. - A clean video without the overlay, and no PREJUDGE mark on any video. - The drill library: 60 second mandatories, 60 second posedown, the model walk. - Every angle of every pose, every stat after a round, and your whole history instead of the last 7 days. FREE, AND IT STAYS FREE One division at a time, which you can switch whenever you like: its mandatories with the voice and the timer, recording with the burned-in overlay (with a small PREJUDGE mark), the stance guides, the remote, the show countdown and the last 7 days of your log. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. Your videos, sessions and settings stay on your phone, unless you turn on iCloud backup for your videos. Practice works in airplane mode. PREJUDGE Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
