Gullegg

Soft, medium or hard: pick how you like your egg and Gullegg tells you how long to boil it, then rings when it is done. Choose the doneness, the egg's size and whether it comes from the fridge. Gullegg works out the time and counts down. The countdown stays on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and the alarm rings even when your iPhone is locked or silenced, so you can leave the kitchen. WHAT YOU GET ⢠Soft, medium and hard boiled eggs ⢠Four sizes, shown in grams, so S, M, L and XL mean the same everywhere ⢠Fridge or room temperature ⢠A countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island ⢠A real alarm, not a quiet notification ⢠Light and dark, large text, VoiceOver ⢠No ads, no account, works offline GULLEGG PRO (one-time purchase) ⢠Several eggs in one pot: one soft, two hard? Gullegg tells you when to put each egg in, so they are all done at the same moment ⢠Altitude: water boils cooler in the mountains, so eggs need longer. Set your altitude once ⢠More alarm sounds HOW THE TIME IS WORKED OUT The times come from a published physics formula for how heat travels into an egg, using its weight, its starting temperature and the boiling point of water. Start the timer when the egg goes into boiling water. Stoves, pots and eggs differ, so treat the time as a very good starting point and adjust to taste.
