About

Slow & Steady

Features

You start as a tortoise with a top speed of 0.63 mph. Somewhere up the roster there's a cheetah doing 70. Slow & Steady is an idle racing game where 31 animals line up at their real top speeds. Races run on their own, so you can check in, train your racer, and watch the next one. Tap the track to sprint and to hop the hay bales, cones and puddles in your lane. Finish ahead of an animal once and it joins your roster. RACE - 31 animals, from the garden snail (0.03 mph) to the cheetah (70 mph) - A new lineup every race, picked from animals near your speed, plus one wildcard - A 3, 2, 1 countdown that shows who you're up against and how fast each one is running - Nobody runs flat out every time. Form goes up and down, and rain, heat and headwinds slow some animals more than others - Rivals get distracted. The hare naps. The dog sees a squirrel. The human checks their phone TRAIN - Level up any animal well past its real top speed - Earn gear as you go: headband, sneakers, cape, rockets - Sign sponsors to earn more from every race - Win a race with each animal to collect its trophy COLLECT - 12 hats and 6 skins that work on every animal - A capsule machine with the odds shown before you pull - A home track for every racer: garden, pond, barnyard, snowfield, savanna, desert and more PLAY - Two arcade games, Hurdle Hop and the Shell Game, to earn gems - Three save slots - Coins keep coming in while you're away - Works offline - No ads Slow & Steady is free to play. Optional in-app purchases are available for gems, coins, racers and skins. All of them can also be earned by playing. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
