SecureFox is the first consumer VPN to ship NIST-standardized post-quantum cryptography (ML-KEM-768, FIPS 203) alongside an advanced anti-censorship transport. We build our own Go networking core in-house β we do not repackage a generic, off-the-shelf VPN stack. WHAT MAKES SECUREFOX DIFFERENT β’ Post-quantum key exchange. Hybrid X25519 + ML-KEM-768 (FIPS 203, NIST-standardized) keeps your sessions safe even against a future quantum attacker. Toggle in Settings β Tunnel. β’ Stealth anti-censorship transport. A TLS-1.3-mimicking obfuscation layer that makes the tunnel look like ordinary HTTPS, so it keeps working on restrictive networks where standard VPN protocols are blocked. β’ Custom networking framework. We compile our own gomobile binding around our Go core + lwIP TCP/IP stack β not a third-party SDK, not a template. β’ WireGuard option. A second protocol option for the rawest speed when stealth isn't needed. Switch in Settings β Tunnel β Protocol. A SERVER NETWORK THAT MATTERS β’ Locations across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, with live device-to-server ping next to each city. β’ Recommended-server scoring weights ping AND current load β a fast-but-saturated node never beats a slightly slower one with capacity to spare. β’ Auto-reconnect after sleep, network change, or OS pause. PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN β’ No-logs policy. We do not record browsing history, DNS queries, or IP addresses. β’ Genuine kill switch β if the tunnel drops, iOS blocks all traffic until it returns. Your real IP never leaks. β’ Passwordless sign-in by email link. Sign in with Apple supported. We never ask for your phone number. β’ All app data lives in Secure Enclave-backed keychain. β’ Payments handled exclusively by Apple β we never see your card. SUBSCRIPTIONS β’ FREE β unlimited use of our entry-tier locations, no time limit, no ads. β’ PRO β every server location, more concurrent devices, priority routing. β’ PREMIUM β everything in PRO plus streaming-optimized exit nodes and dedicated capacity. Auto-renewing subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Cancel anytime in Settings β Apple ID β Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Secure at none against SecureFox's 4. SecureFox's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
