SoloBay helps riders find motorbike parking near them, get directions straight to it, and remember to pay so you never come back to a ticket. We map dedicated motorcycle bays, public and private car parks, biker-friendly cafes, motorcycle garages and petrol stations right across the UK, in every city, town and village. A bike can always use a car park, so wherever you are heading, SoloBay has somewhere to leave it. WHAT YOU GET - A live map of motorbike bays, car parks, cafes, garages and petrol stations near you, free ones and paid ones, with spaces and distance at a glance - What a bay actually costs, taken from the council's own tariffs, and whether it is free right now or when charges start - Whole boroughs where bikes park free, so you are not hunting bay by bay - Live petrol prices, updated through the day, on the station cards. Set a radius and see the cheapest unleaded or super near you as price bubbles on the map - Filter for free, covered or secured parking, including bays with a ground anchor or locking loop and car parks with CCTV or staff - Garages that do motorbike MOTs, flagged on the map - MOT reminders for every bike you own, a month, a week and a day before it is due - A vehicle crime layer you can switch on to see how an area compares before you leave the bike - One-tap directions straight to any spot in your maps app - Pay for paid bays in seconds via RingGo, no cold hands at a broken machine - Save your regular spots as favourites, tied to your account so they follow you onto every device you sign in on - Arrival reminders: when you reach a saved spot, SoloBay reminds you to pay, even if the app is closed, then nudges you until it is sorted - A live card on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while you are parked, with a running timer and the pay button one tap away - Report a bay that is full, closed or gone, with a photo. Once we have checked it, every other rider sees it too - Suggest a bay we are missing and we will add it for everyone SOLOBAY PRO Finding and navigating to parking is always free. Pro adds the extras and removes ads: - Street-level photos so you know exactly what you are rolling up to - Address and destination search - Offline maps and favourites - No ads Pro is 4.99 GBP per month or 19.99 GBP per year, with a 3-day free trial. Kerbwise
Read full descriptionHide full description
Kerbwise tells you whether you can park on a London street right now, before you get out of the car. Open the app, and the map around you lights up with colour-coded parking rules: free now, paid, resident/permit only, disabled bays, EV charging, loading bays, or restricted. Tap any street for the details: exact hours, price, and when the rule changes next. WHAT KERBWISE SHOWS YOU β’ Live status for streets near you or anywhere you search β’ Clear colours: green (free), amber (free soon), red (restricted/paid), purple (permit only), blue (disabled bays), grey (unknown, always check the signs) β’ Exact restriction hours and days, not just a generic warning β’ Confidence level for every street, so you know how much to trust it BUILT FOR REAL LONDON PARKING β’ Covers Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs), single and double yellow lines, paid bays, resident bays, disabled bays, EV bays, and loading bays β’ Sourced from council traffic order data and OpenStreetMap, borough by borough β’ Never guesses: if we're not confident about a street, we say so instead of showing "free" USEFUL EXTRAS β’ Save where you parked, with a one-tap reminder before restrictions kick back in β’ Report a wrong or outdated rule so it can be fixed β’ See how much of your borough is mapped, street by street Kerbwise doesn't yet cover every street in London perfectly. Coverage varies by borough and we're always improving it. When we're not sure, we tell you plainly rather than risk a fine. Always check local signs before you leave your car. No account needed. No ads. No tracking.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Kerbwise at none against SoloBay's shown. On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
