ExecutorKit keeps estate tasks, supporting records and expenses in one organized case file. ESTATE JOURNAL Keep dated notes for calls, visits and decisions. Write a standalone note or link a duty, person or document. Search and filter by date. Notes stay out of meeting packets and family summaries. Pro adds photos and selected-note PDF/CSV export with preview, save and share. Add up to 10 new photos at a time, up to 20 MB in total. Photos stay in the app; linked names are off by default in exports. EXPENSES AND MILEAGE Keep original expenses and beneficiary attribution. Record dated partial repayments, a payer and reference. See the outstanding balance without changing the original expense or automatically splitting estate costs. Void an incorrect repayment while retaining its history. Choose miles or kilometers and log successive trips. Save the distance before you know the cost, then reopen the trip to complete it. Totals stay separate by unit. Older distances keep their original numbers and remain unassigned until you confirm the unit. RECEIPTS AND DOCUMENTS Take a photo for a receipt or asset, or choose one from Photos. Open original receipt photos directly at full size. Qualifying readable local copies can automatically restore only a matching photo, preserving deliberate removals, newer photos, expenses and repayments. Missing image bytes cannot be recreated. Removing a photo requires confirmation. Import PDF, JPEG, PNG and HEIC documents up to 20 MB each. Add a title, category and date, link a record, preview every PDF page or zoom an image. FOLLOW-UPS AND MEETINGS Keep institution notices, correspondence outcomes, references and next dates together. Log certified copies sent and returned, retaining original counts and dated movement history. Choose accounting schedules, repayments, distributions, follow-ups, copies, questions and a document index for a meeting packet. Preview the PDF and export CSV text. Save a dated handoff with its original files. Source documents are not attached automatically; the report is not a full case backup. FAMILY PROGRESS Prepare a report without amounts, account references, private notes or document contents. Names and duty titles are off by default. Preview it and choose recipients with the system share sheet. A report gives no access to the case file. Keep your five-phase checklist, inventory, receipts, creditor claims, deadlines, contacts, search, tags, distributions, professional questions, reminders and accounting exports. Evidence checks link gaps to records. Private iCloud sync connects devices using the same Apple Account. FREE AND PRO Free keeps the checklist, journal notes with search and optional links, and your existing allowance of two inventory items and two ledger entries. Existing records stay readable. Pro adds unlimited inventory and ledger entries, document imports, dated histories, meeting packets, family summaries, selected journal exports and existing advanced tools. Monthly, yearly and a separate one-time Lifetime purchase unlock the same Pro features. Restore eligible purchases with the same Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Apple shows localized prices and billing periods before purchase. The app organizes your information, without legal, tax or financial advice, inheritance-share calculations or certification of legal completion. Confirm local requirements with a qualified professional. Review reports before sharing. Being named an executor is a 12–18 month job nobody trained you for. Settle tells you what to do next — one clear step at a time — from the day you start to the day the estate closes. Settle is an organizational tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. A PLAN BUILT FOR YOUR STATE Answer a few questions and Settle builds a step-by-step plan for your state and situation, with deadline reminders so nothing slips. Every step explains why it matters and how to do it, in plain language. WE SHOW OUR WORK Every deadline names the statute it came from and the date we last checked it — tap "Where this comes from" and read the source yourself. Steps are marked Required, May be required, or Recommended, so a court requirement never looks like a habit we made up. Where a licensed attorney hasn't reviewed your state's steps yet, the plan says so instead of pretending otherwise. PHOTOGRAPH IT, NEVER LOSE IT Snap any statement, bill or notice. Settle saves it instantly and opens a filing card you can tag in two taps — the paperwork pile becomes a searchable vault. EVERY ASSET AND DEBT IN ONE PLACE A clear inventory of accounts, property and debts, with the net estate value at a glance — what the court and the family both want to know. A LEDGER THAT HOLDS UP Log what you paid and what the estate paid, attach the receipt while you still have it, and see what's owed back to you. Settle flags what would weaken the accounting — spending with no receipt, money you haven't reimbursed yourself — while there's still time to fix it. REPORTS THE COURT AND THE CPA ACTUALLY WANT Inventory report and expense ledger as PDFs in one tap. Plus the receipt packet: your ledger numbered line by line, each receipt on its own page carrying the same number — so nobody goes hunting for them one at a time. EXECUTOR FEE ESTIMATOR Estimate the fee from your state's statutory schedule where it sets one. Where it sets no percentage, Settle won't invent a rate — it shows what the court actually weighs instead. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything stays on your device, protected by your device's encryption. No ads, no trackers, and we never sell your data. Your raw data export is free, forever. HONEST PRICING The Estate Pass is $149.99/year (or $19.99/month), starting with a 7-day free trial — no four-figure concierge, no hourly billing, no desktop software. If you ever stop subscribing, everything you've built stays readable in the app and your export stays free. WHAT'S FREE, WHAT'S PAID Free forever: your complete plan for your state, every deadline reminder, the inventory, the notice tracker, your first 10 documents, your first 10 ledger entries, and full raw data export. The Estate Pass unlocks unlimited documents and ledger entries, and every PDF report. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Estate Pass Annual — $149.99 per year (about $12.50 per month), starting with a 7-day free trial. Estate Pass Monthly — $19.99 per month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use (EULA): https://tuhin-014.github.io/app-policies/settle/terms-of-service.html Privacy Policy: https://tuhin-014.github.io/app-policies/settle/privacy-policy.html IMPORTANT Settle provides general organizational information, not legal advice, and is not a substitute for a probate attorney. Its state checklists come from published statutes and court sources and show when they were last checked; no state's steps have been reviewed by a licensed attorney yet, and the plan says so. Requirements vary by state, county and situation — always confirm important dates and forms with the probate court or a licensed attorney.
