Available Cash

Money in your account isn't always money you can safely spend. Rent is coming. Credit card bills are waiting. Loans still need to be paid, and more expenses may already be ahead. The hard question isn't simply: “How much money do I have?” It's: How much can I safely use right now? When could cash start getting tight? If my income stops, how long can I keep going? Available Cash is built to answer those questions. It brings your cash accounts, income, recurring expenses, credit cards, loans, assets, and future events into one cash-flow model, so you can see how your money may change over the coming weeks and months. Planning a major purchase? Preview the decision first and see what happens to your cash flow after it occurs — across 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 1 year. See when a cash shortage may first appear, how large the shortfall could become, and whether your cash flow recovers. Worried about running short later? The timeline brings future income, expenses, and repayments into one place, helping you spot cash pressure before your balance actually becomes a problem. When real life no longer matches the plan, account calibration and credit-card reconciliation help bring the model back in line with your real balances. Available Cash supports cash accounts, credit cards, loans, assets, income sources, recurring income and expenses, future events, projects, and multiple currencies. No bank connection is required. You maintain your own data, with backup and restore tools available when needed. You don't need to predict your life. You just need to see what happens to your money if your current plans continue.
