VOWS Training

VOWS is built for lifting: you log the set on your wrist, the app keeps everything else. LOG SETS FROM YOUR WRIST Your phone can stay in your pocket or bag. Apple Watch shows the next exercise, target reps and weight, and you log the set right there. The rest timer and heart rate are on your wrist. The watch only sends what you did; the phone keeps the record. THE LOAD PROGRESSES ON ITS OWN When every set of an exercise reaches its target, the next session adds weight. Miss even one set and the load holds — it won't push you before you're ready, and it won't knock you back either. Bodyweight moves add reps first, then step up to a harder variation. Change the weight mid-session and the sets you already did stay exactly as you did them. A PROGRAM READY TO GO, OR BUILD YOUR OWN Pick your goal (muscle, strength, fat loss, endurance), your equipment (full gym, dumbbells only, bodyweight), your experience and how many days a week you train. The program comes with weekly set volume, rep ranges, tempo and rest worked out. Don't like an exercise? Swap it for an equivalent one. Or write the whole program yourself. COACH REPORT (PRO) Written by rules from your own log. It doesn't guess, and it never shows a value that wasn't measured. • How the same lift is going on two different days — sets hit on each, side by side. • How many days it took a load you missed to stick. • First set full, later sets dropping: is it the load or the rest? • How many increases came on their own because you hit your targets, and how many you added by hand. • Whether you're doing the same work at a lower average heart rate (with Apple Watch). IT REMEMBERS ITS ADVICE (PRO) When the coach gives advice, it keeps it. At the end of a program, the completion report tells you which advice you followed, how your sets went afterwards and whether anything is still unresolved. Advice that can't be measured yet gets no verdict. The report also exports to PDF. PROGRESS (PRO) Your main lifts week by week, your weekly streak and a summary of the program so far. A stalled lift isn't hidden; the summary tells you how many weeks it has been stuck. YOUR DATA IS YOURS • No account, no ads. • Backups go to your own iCloud Drive (heart rate and calories read from Apple Health stay out of it); restore from there when you switch phones. • Finished workouts are saved to Apple Health; heart rate and active energy are read from Health. • Export every set you've logged as CSV. FREE AND PRO Logging, Apple Watch, automatic progression, Apple Health, iCloud backup and CSV are free; you can keep two programs and generate one program automatically. VOWS Pro unlocks the coach report, Progress analysis, the program completion report and PDF, and removes the program and generation limits. Eligible users get a free trial on the yearly plan. VOWS Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; manage or cancel your subscription in App Store settings.
