Devlet

A Turkish-language empire-building strategy game. Everything in Devlet is in Turkish: menus, events, decision cards and battle reports. It plays fully offline and needs no account. The year is 1087. Your father has died and left you 147 souls, four houses and a field. Can you turn this village into an empire? - From village to empire in six tiers: Village, Town, Castle City, Capital, Kingdom and Empire - 27 buildings you place by hand in a living 3D city, and the Ulu Külliye rising in your capital - Seven unit types, generals and 3D battles; sieges, conquest and naval raids across 32 regions - Akıncı raids: send raiders against bandit camps and caravan routes, and break the raids of hostile neighbours - Five neighbouring states, each with its own character: pacts, marriages, tribute, vassals and spies - Palace and dynasty: viziers, heirs, coups and the fight for the throne - More than 100 decision cards and 22 kinds of live city events - Season Road: Season 1, Sınır Boyu (The Border March), runs until 31 December NEW IN 2.0 - The Far Shore (Öte Yaka): reach Kingdom and a sea route opens to four new states, each with its own ruler, army and character. Sail there by galley; every state you conquer counts as three regions. - Elite units: Spearman, Horse Archer and Elite Guard, also available in Field Battles. - Palace intrigues and neighbour quests from Castle City onwards; completed quests build a bond that makes vassalage easier. - Dynasty Era: after the final glory rank, twenty years pass, your heir takes the throne and you choose two dynastic legacies. The world grows stronger and Kara Yel returns. Purchases are optional: extra scenarios, cosmetics, resource caravans and time savers. Language: Turkish only. MORE WAYS TO PLAY - Fortress Defence (Sur Müdafaası): defend three fortresses through five waves each. Aim arrows, set spike and oil traps, repair towers and unlock the ballista, cannon, catapult and arrow volley. Counter coordinated assaults and choose a free preparation bonus between waves. - Earn separate defence gold and use it to reconstruct breached walls and continue the same wave. A single-use reconstruction right is an optional purchase; a fresh defence is always free. - Field Battles (Meydan Muharebeleri): command four squads across plains, river and mountain-pass terrain. Give orders to two squads per turn, using formation, morale, fatigue and terrain. - Command Trials (Komutanlık Sınavları): five tactical objectives, from holding a bridge to protecting archers and escaping an ambush. - Three-stage campaigns: Sınır Yolu, Nehir Hattı and Dağ Geçidi carry surviving soldiers, morale and fatigue into the next encounter. Choose recovery or reinforcement between stages. - Trials, these campaigns and free battles are free. Optional army appearances do not change combat strength. Battle records stay separate from the main city. YOUR CONTINUING DYNASTY Explore the family tree, choose your pashas, prepare for Kara Yel and continue beyond Empire into the Second Volume. View the province atlas and appoint eligible pashas as governors. These existing systems continue alongside the new battle modes. TALIMHANE: PRACTICE THAT PREPARES YOUR STATE Complete three free tasks from the Army panel: win a Field Battle with three unit types, finish Protect the Archers, or defend all five Vadi Surlari waves. Learn lasting preparations for +3% expedition power or 5% fewer casualties in eligible expeditions/city defence. Select one for your next eligible battle; the lesson remains available afterwards. Rebuilding with earned gold or an optional purchased right earns the same Fortress lesson after victory. Existing units and progress stay available.
