Big friendly timers. One step at a time. No pressure. Routine Timer is a visual timer for kids and grown-ups who get stuck between steps. Morning, homework, cleanup, bedtime: any routine becomes a sequence of visual steps, each with its own full-screen timer. A big color ring shrinks as the minutes pass, and a gentle tap says it is time to move on. MADE FOR REAL LIFE โ€ข Build a routine from steps: an icon and a duration, nothing else to set up โ€ข One giant timer per step, readable from across the room โ€ข A haptic nudge on every transition, and a notification with sound when the screen is off โ€ข Pause, skip, go back or restart any step. No streaks, no guilt, no failure stats โ€ข Notifications keep the routine going while the phone is locked PERFECT FOR โ€ข Morning routine before school, bedtime routine after the bath โ€ข Homework blocks and focus sprints โ€ข Toddlers and preschoolers learning to get ready on their own โ€ข Kids with ADHD or autism who do better with a schedule they can see โ€ข Cleanup bursts, chores and screen-time limits WHY IT WORKS A child cannot feel ten minutes, but can see a color ring getting smaller. Steps take the arguing out of transitions: the timer says it is time, not the parent. Grown-ups use it the same way for their own mornings and work sprints. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no analytics, no ads. Works offline. SIMPLE PRICING Your first routine is free, full featured, forever: every step, sounds and notifications. One purchase unlocks unlimited routines. No subscription, nothing recurring. If you already unlocked the app, nothing changes for you.

About

Pick Three

Pick three. Watch the bar. Clear the day. No account, no AI, no ads โ€” and repeats and reminders are never locked. Pick Three is a daily planner built around one small routine. In the morning you pick three things to do today. During the day, one bar shows how much room you still have. In the evening, whatever didn't get done goes to tomorrow. There is no grid to drag tasks around on: type the time right after the task, like "Dentist 930", or skip the time altogether. โ— Your day is set in 30 seconds โ€” pick three from yesterday's leftovers and your repeats, close the sheet, done โ— You always know how much more fits โ€” one bar: your day's capacity (6 hours by default) minus your tasks โ— You hear about it before you overbook โ€” "40 minutes short" sits right at the top of the screen โ— Unfinished tasks never disappear โ€” one evening screen sends each one to tomorrow, to Someday, or drops it โ— Repeats and checks just work โ€” write "Workout daily" or "Meeting every Tue" and the repeat is on โ— Widgets too โ€” time left and your next task on the Lock Screen and small widget; the medium widget shows all three Free - Unlimited tasks, repeats and checks ยท morning and evening reminders - Typed time entry (past midnight too), the morning pick and the evening wrap-up - The time-left bar, the two most recent days in the log, Lock Screen and small Home Screen widgets - Automatic iCloud backup, dark mode, 5 languages Premium (subscription) - Calendar events counted in your time left (read only, nothing is ever written to your calendar) - A one-line note when you wrap up the day - Your full log beyond yesterday - The time-left number on the medium widget as well About subscriptions: Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. No account, no server. Your tasks and logs live only on your phone, and backups go only to your own iCloud.
