OIT Journal is the daily diary for families going through oral immunotherapy (OIT) for food allergies. Log each child's dose in one tap, keep the observation window in sight, watch the progress add up, and bring your allergist one clear report. ONE TAP ON A NORMAL DAY Feeling good? One tap logs the dose and starts the observation window. Something off, or skipping a dose? Note what happened and why, so the record stays honest and complete. THE OBSERVATION WINDOW, ALWAYS IN SIGHT After every dose, a Live Activity counts down the observation window on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, with no need to keep the app open. What to avoid (no strenuous activity, no hot bath) stays visible the whole time. EVERY CHILD, EVERY ALLERGEN More than one child in OIT? Each child gets their own allergens and doses, and you switch between them in a tap. Every allergen keeps its own dose, history and up-dosing steps, in mg protein or the unit your clinic uses. Doses stay editable as your clinic adjusts the plan. WATCH THE PROGRESS ADD UP The Progress tab shows each allergen's dose ladder, the milestones you've reached, the amount so far and how many doses went calmly, month by month. The calendar shows every day at a glance: given, skipped, symptoms and step-ups. SYMPTOMS THE WAY YOUR CLINIC RECORDS THEM Log symptoms with a dose or on their own, using the severity scale of the daily protocol sheet. When two children are in the observation window, the app asks who it's for. A CLEAR REPORT FOR YOUR ALLERGIST Pick a period and share one PDF, the OIT Journal report: a summary, the dose chart, reactions and a daily log with your notes. If your clinic uses the German-language paper dosing diary, you can export that form too, one page per month. ONE HOUSEHOLD, ONE RECORD Both parents log from their own phones and always see the same diary. Invite family members with a short code, and everyone stays in sync automatically. REFERENCE AT HAND Keep your clinic's reaction flowchart and emergency action plan one tap away, along with your emergency contacts. ALSO INCLUDED • Daily dose reminder at the time you choose • Works fully offline; entries sync when you're back online • Optional Face ID / Touch ID lock • In English, German, Romanian and Spanish • No ads. Your child's data belongs to your household and is never sold. IMPORTANT OIT Journal is a diary, not a medical device. It does not give medical advice, does not recommend doses, and is not a substitute for your allergist. Always follow your clinic's protocol, and in an emergency, follow your action plan and call emergency services.

For many type of injections, patients cannot be injected in the same or similar places at times too close together. SiteCycle is a private, offline record for people who take scheduled injectable medication, and for the parents and caregivers who help them. It keeps an accurate log of what was injected, where, and when, so none of it has to be remembered or reconstructed later. WHAT IT DOES: Site rotation A tappable body map shows the injection sites you have chosen to use. Each site is shaded by how long it has been since you last used it, so the next site to move to is visible at a glance. The app shows whichever of your allowed sites has gone longest without use. An injection log Record the site, date, time, dose, and any notes. Mark a day as skipped when that is what happened. Swipe to remove an entry, with undo if you change your mind. Growth tracking Log height and weight in metric or imperial units. The app calculates BMI and annualized growth velocity from the measurements you enter, and plots them on simple trend charts. Calendar and history A month view shows which days had an injection and flags scheduled days that were missed. The full history is browsable in reverse order. A summary for appointments Generate a date-ranged PDF covering adherence, site rotation, growth measurements, dose history, and individual injections. Print it or share it however you like. Multiple profiles Caregivers managing more than one person can keep fully separate profiles, each with its own history, sites, schedule, and reminders. Reminders An optional daily notification at a time you pick. App lock Protect the app with a PIN or your device's biometrics. PRIVACY: Everything stays on your device. There is no account to create, no server to sign in to, and no analytics or advertising software in the app. Your records live in a database on your phone and are never uploaded anywhere. Backups and PDF summaries are created only when you choose to create them, and go only where you choose to send them. ABOUT DOSES: SiteCycle never suggests, calculates, or recommends a dose. Choosing a medication type sets only the unit, the route, and the sites typically used for that kind of medication. The dose is always the number your prescriber gave you, entered by you. IMPORTANT: SiteCycle is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not check your dose for errors and cannot detect a problem with your medication or your health. Always follow the instructions from your prescriber and pharmacist, and contact a qualified healthcare professional with any question about your treatment. Never change your medication or dose based on anything in this app.
