PaymentPulse is a high-visibility payment scheduler for people juggling several credit lines on a fixed or irregular income. Instead of reacting to bank alerts, you plan ahead — timing every payment so it clears without draining the cash you need for daily essentials. SEE THE NEXT 30 DAYS AT A GLANCE The Payment Roadmap lays your due dates, target dates, and projected daily cash balance on one high-contrast calendar, so a tight stretch is obvious before it arrives. TIME EVERY PAYMENT WITH A 3-DAY BUFFER Smart Target Dates schedule each bill three days before its deadline, so payments clear on time without early-alert anxiety. KNOW WHAT'S SAFE TO SPEND The Cash Buffer subtracts your upcoming scheduled payments from your liquid cash to show a true "safe to spend" number — and lets you test what-if scenarios before you commit. WATCH YOUR CREDIT HEALTH Track balances, available credit, and utilization per account, and see the impact of a scheduled payment before you make it. UNLIMITED PULSE (optional subscription) Unlock unlimited accounts, a 60-day forecast, what-if scenarios, and full cash + utilization trends. - Monthly ($4.99) or annual ($39.99), with a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in Settings PaymentPulse is a personal organizer for information you enter yourself. Every online order comes with a clock you can't see. PurchaseGuard makes it visible. Add a purchase in seconds — photograph the receipt with the in-app camera, choose one from your library, or type it in — and PurchaseGuard works out when the return window closes and when the warranty runs out. Then it reminds you before either one does. SEE WHAT IS STILL PROTECTED The dashboard leads with Purchase Value Protected: the money still eligible for a refund, exchange or warranty claim. Alongside it sits what is at risk this week and how reliably you act before a deadline lapses. DEADLINES FILLED IN FOR YOU Pick the retailer and the return window is applied from its published policy — 30 days at one store, 90 at another, 15 at the next — with a 12-month warranty as the default. Every number stays editable, because your receipt is the real authority. REMINDERS ON YOUR LADDER Choose your own lead times — 30, 14, 7, 3 or 1 day before a return closes, and the same for a warranty expiring. They arrive on this device. There is no push server, no SMS, and reminders are never behind the paywall. YOUR PURCHASE TIMELINE Every item in one chronological list with its photo, retailer, days remaining and a colour-coded status: protected, action needed soon, deadline today, or expired. Search it, filter it, and act on any row. AN ADVISOR FOR THE HARD ONES Not sure whether to keep it? Answer five quick questions — used, packaging, damaged, wrong size or colour, restocking fee — optionally attach a photo of the damage, and get a clear call: Keep It, Exchange It, Return It, or File a Warranty Claim, each with plain-language reasoning and a transparent 0-100 urgency score you can see the workings of. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your purchases live in your own account. There is no email or inbox scraping, no bank connection, and no data sale. Product photos stay on your device and are never uploaded. A receipt or damage photo is read once for its text and then discarded — never stored. PURCHASEGUARD PRO (optional subscription) The whole safety net — reminders, automatic return windows, warranty tracking and the protected-value headline — is free. Pro adds the depth: - Unlimited tracked items (free covers 5 active) - Money-protected trends over time - Category and retailer breakdowns - The price-adjustment radar and recovery-rate history - Export a protection report $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. RETURN WINDOWS ARE TYPICAL PUBLISHED POLICIES, NOT PROMISES PurchaseGuard is an awareness tool. Retailers change their terms, and individual items and receipts can differ. Always check with the retailer before you rely on a date. Nothing here is financial advice.
