Lumio vs ABA CEU Network

Learning a language is one thing. Using it when you actually need it is another. Maybe you need to prepare for a job interview, make an important phone call, talk to a doctor, join a meeting, travel somewhere new, or simply feel more confident in everyday conversation. Lumio gives you speaking practice built around the situations that matter to you. Choose what you need to prepare for, describe your situation, and practise the conversation with Lumio before it happens. Instead of following only fixed lessons, you practise language in the context of your own life — with the vocabulary and conversations you are likely to need. With Lumio you can: • practise speaking around your own goals and situations • prepare for specific conversations and events • practise vocabulary in the context where you will actually use it • become more comfortable speaking spontaneously • save useful phrases from your practice • review them later with learning cards Lumio also includes Live Assistant mode for moments when you need help understanding, translating or communicating in real time. Your language practice shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. Practise the conversations that fit your life and what you need next. ABA CEU Network turns BCBA exam prep into a daily habit you can actually keep. Practice quizzes, full-length mock exams, and a study plan that rebuilds itself around whatever you keep getting wrong — all sourced from the same question bank and course material as abaceunetwork.com, and all in sync with your account there. WHAT YOU CAN DO Practice by task-list topic Pick any of the nine BCBA task list domains (A through I), open a domain, and start a five-question quiz on a specific topic. Every question comes with a written explanation, and when the question was drawn from one of our course decks you can open the exact slide that teaches it. Sit a mock exam Two lengths, because they answer different questions. A domain mock is weighted the way the real exam weights that domain and runs on a 15-minute clock. The full mock is the real thing: 175 questions, four hours, scored by domain when you finish. A full mock lives on the server, so closing the app mid-exam does not lose it — reopen and resume where you were. Find out where you stand The Baseline Check samples roughly 40 questions across all nine domains in exam proportion and gives you a starting map instead of a guess. Get a plan for today The home screen turns your own results into a short, finite list of what to do today. Give it your exam date and the days per week you can study, and it paces the remaining work to fit — then switches to mock exams and reviewing your misses in the final stretch, when new material stops paying. See what is actually improving My Progress tracks quizzes and mocks over time: per-domain averages, your weakest topics, which topics you have not touched yet, and which domains have the most recoverable points left given how the exam is weighted. Ask the study coach Ask what to study next and get an answer grounded in your own numbers, with citations to the slides the answer came from. Save the answers worth keeping. Turn a score report into a plan Retaking? Enter the per-domain percentages from your BACB score report — or photograph the report and let the app read them — and get an estimated scaled score plus a study order ranked by where the points actually are. Study the decks Read and listen to the course decks behind the questions, slide by slide, with narration. Test-day strategies Pacing, flagging, and what the evidence actually says about changing your answer. Take your continuing education If your account holds ABA CEU Network continuing-education courses, the My Courses tab lists them. Play each course's narrated slides (turn the phone sideways for a full-screen slide), take the course quiz, and open your certificates as PDFs. Account settings let you choose which section the app opens to, or hide the one you don't use. WHAT YOU NEED An abaceunetwork.com account. You can create one in the app. Practice quizzes, mock exams, the study coach, and deck access are part of a paid Exam Prep subscription, purchased in the app through Apple.
