About

LiftLab

Features

LiftLab is a workout tracker, gym log and workout planner for strength training. Follow a ready-made program or build your own, log every set and see how your strength and training volume change over time. START WITH A PROGRAM THAT FITS Browse the program library, from 5x5 linear progression and push/pull/legs splits to powerlifting, bodybuilding and hypertrophy programs. Preview a program before you download it, then customize your copy. Or answer five questions about your goal, training days, equipment, available time and experience, and Simple Builder creates an editable starting program. LOG ONE SET AT A TIME Record weight and reps, check your previous performance and use the rest timer between sets. Add an optional effort rating with RPE. Warm-up sets stay separate from your working-set statistics. A plate calculator and a 1RM calculator are built in. BUILD YOUR OWN PROGRAM Use Advanced Builder for training weeks, workout days, exercise blocks, supersets, rep ranges, RPE targets, rest periods and set-by-set targets. Choose exercises by muscle and equipment, add custom exercises and use kg or lbs. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, YOUR WAY Set up progressive overload with load increases, rep progression, training maxes and deloads. LiftLab applies the rules you choose, with exercise-specific weight increments. You stay in control of your plan and the weight you log. SEE WHAT CHANGES Review workout history, personal records, training volume and estimated one-rep max trends. Strength standards show where your lifts stand, and a body map shows the effective sets each muscle group gets. Track bodyweight, measurements and body fat alongside your lifting. Free charts show 30 days, or 90 days after watching an ad. Premium unlocks your full chart history. TRAIN WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Core planning and workout logging work on your device without an account, including offline use of plans already on your device. The online catalog, ads, account services and some Premium functions need internet access. A free local backup includes your program library and the last two months of workouts; it does not include body metrics or progress photos. OPTIONAL LIFTLAB PREMIUM Monthly and annual paid subscriptions add ad removal, cloud sync, extended analytics history, personal volume targets for each muscle, progress photos and PDF, XLSX and CSV reports. Cloud sync and progress photos require an account, and you choose separately whether body data syncs. Available plans and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. LiftLab is a training tool, not a medical service or a substitute for individual coaching. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. They renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Privacy policy: https://liftlab.smallcatfactory.com/privacy-policy Terms of use: https://liftlab.smallcatfactory.com/terms-of-use
