Complete ACL vs Optishake Backstage

Complete ACL helps users follow their ACL rehabilitation journey with structured exercises, progress tracking, and recovery insights. The app supports guided rehab sessions, level-based programmes, exercise logging, progress reviews, knee and thigh measurement tracking, health data summaries, and education content to help users stay consistent throughout recovery. Users can track steps, running distance, sleep, range of motion, swelling, photos, session completion, achievements, and weekly progress from one place. Complete ACL is designed to support rehabilitation routines and recovery awareness. It is not a replacement for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow guidance from your surgeon, physiotherapist, or healthcare professional.

Optishake Backstage is the crew app for gyms with an Optishake recovery-shake machine. It replaces scattered email threads with one screen that shows what the machine needs today. WHAT YOUR TEAM SEES • Machine status at a glance — which cleaning and maintenance tasks are up to date, which are due soon, and which have gone overdue. • The seven-task upkeep checklist, with the last person and time logged against each one, so nobody repeats work that has just been done. • Portions served since the last powder-container check, with a warning when consumption suggests a container is about to run dry. • A countdown to the monthly stock inventory, and a form to submit it from the floor rather than from a desk. • Which drinks are currently on sale, and the option to switch one off if something needs attention. NOTIFICATIONS THAT ONLY FIRE WHEN SOMETHING CHANGES Backstage tells you when a task crosses into overdue, when an inventory passes its date, when consumption outruns the container, or when the machine itself takes a drink offline. Alerts are sent once, when the state changes — not again and again while the situation stands. Teams looking after several gyms can silence the sites they rarely visit. ONE TEAM, ONE RECORD Notes stay with the machine, so the next person on shift reads what the last one found. Reports carry the name of whoever filed them. Tap a member's shaker against the phone to look it up. TALK TO US WITHOUT LEAVING THE APP Message Optishake opens one thread per topic and gets an answer from a real person, normally within one business day. Answers worth sharing are opened to the whole gym's team. Maintenance guides, FAQs and poster material are built in. Backstage is available in English, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. Sign-in is for staff at gyms that host an Optishake machine, using the email address Optishake holds for the site, or by tapping a registered shaker. Not yet an Optishake gym?
