FitAlong helps you plan, complete, and understand your training. It creates a clear four-week plan from your goals, experience, schedule, session length, training location, and available equipment. After each workout, on-device rules use completion, effort, fatigue, and body feedback to keep the plan safe, clear, and practical. A PLAN YOU CAN FOLLOW • Generate a four-week plan for your goals and training setup • Browse weekly or monthly calendars, exercise guidance, sets, RPE, rest times, warm-ups, and cooldowns • Complete each session with guided training, set progress, and rest timers • Keep moving forward after a missed workout without abandoning the whole plan SEE REAL PROGRESS • Record completion, effort, fatigue, and body feedback • Review phase completion, consistency, and plan adherence • Track weight and focus on seven-day and phase trends • Sync weight with Apple Health after you grant permission • Import eligible Apple Health walking or running workouts and review summaries such as heart rate and active energy FITALONG PRO AI COACH After subscribing to Pro and separately consenting to AI processing, your AI coach can use recent training context to: • Analyze the last 7 days or 4 weeks • Continue conversations about your current plan, recovery, sleep, and general food around training • Provide personalized summaries, explanations, and encouragement • Suggest adjustments within on-device safety limits, applied only after your confirmation • Offer multiple coaching styles and natural voice read-aloud • Support text-first, text with automatic speech, and voice-first response modes Safety comes first. Adult confirmation, training screening, red-flag stop guidance, on-device plans, weekly adjustments, workout logging, and basic progress remain available without a subscription. FitAlong does not provide medical diagnosis. Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional help for chest pain, faintness, marked shortness of breath, or unusual pain.
