SG360 (Small Groups 360) is the all-in-one platform for managing your church's small groups — built for directors, supervisors, facilitators, and assistants who lead the small group ministry. Replace scattered spreadsheets and chats with a single app where your leadership team can: • Take attendance in seconds — mark members present, log guests and prayer requests from your phone, anywhere. • See reports instantly — member directories, attendance history, and executive summaries, ready to share with your board. • Work with clear roles — Director, Supervisor, Facilitator, and Assistant each see exactly what they need, nothing more. • Keep private pastoral notes — track counseling and care per member, visible only to authorized leaders. • Keep your whole team aligned — direct messages and role-based announcements, with read receipts, without leaving the app. • Sync with Planning Center Online — if you already use PCO, connect your account and keep member data current on both platforms. • Share ministry resources — study guides and documents organized by folder, available to your whole team. • Manage multiple campuses — each campus runs its own groups and leaders, with centralized oversight for the parent church. How do I get started? SG360 works by invitation: ask your church administrator to add you as a leader. Once invited, sign in with your email and access your role's dashboard. Tachlis is a tool for Jewish self-knowledge, built on classical sources and made for daily use. Everything in it is sourced. Tap the ※ beside any teaching and you get the exact place it comes from — tractate and daf, chapter and verse — with the further references that stand behind it and a plain-English note on what each one holds. There are 91 sources and 266 supporting references, and you can browse the whole library inside the app. WHAT'S IN IT Mazal — your Hebrew birth chart Enter your birth date and, if you know it, the time and place. You get the Hebrew date, the month and its mazal, the letter, tribe, sense and organ assigned to it in Sefer Yetzirah, and a reading of the lunar nodes. The Hebrew date accounts for sunset, so an evening birth falls on the next Hebrew day, with daylight saving handled for historical dates. Cheshbon HaNefesh — the nightly accounting A short structured journal in the pattern Ramchal describes: what you're grateful for, what went well, what you'd do differently. It saves as you type. Your history is grouped and searchable, and you can back it up and restore it. 40 Days — one practice, held Take on a single giving practice and keep it for forty days, with a calendar to mark and encouragement along the way. Mizmor L'Todah Psalm 100 with translation line by line, how R. Shalom Arush teaches the Chok Todah, and the sources behind why it's built the way it is. Aliyah — your growth over time Vision Board — over 270 sourced teachings to keep close PRIVACY Nothing you write leaves your phone. There is no account, no sign-in, no server, no analytics, and no advertising. Tachlis collects no data of any kind. It works completely offline, including on a plane. SOURCES Sefer Yetzirah, Talmud Bavli, Zohar, the Arizal, Ramchal, Rambam, Rebbe Nachman of Breslov, the Baal Shem Tov, R. Shalom Arush, R. Israel Yakobov, and Bilvavi Mishkan Evneh, among others. Where a teaching is a contemporary custom or an oral tradition rather than a classical text, the app says so plainly and points to what it does rest on. Support: abeyelie@gmail.com
