108 Bows — practice at your own pace Move prayer beads one at a time, follow a steady rhythm while viewing all 108 beads, or choose a meditation sound. Keep a record of your practice. ◆ Manual prayer beads Swipe the beads downward to count each bow yourself. Practice as long as you like, then tap Save to record your count. Leaving the manual screen resets the current unsaved count. ◆ A rhythm that suits you Choose a 9, 11, or 15-second interval. Follow the 108 beads and progress display, with sound you can turn on or off in Settings. An automatic session is recorded only after all 108 bows and the closing sound are complete. ◆ Meditation sounds Choose temple ambience, wind, or summer-night crickets for a 2-, 5-, or 8-hour session. Start and pause playback yourself. ◆ Records by date and year Review your saved manual counts and completed automatic sessions by date. Edit or delete a record, see your total bows, and switch years to revisit past practice.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Sacred Loop at none against 108 Bows's shown. 108 Bows's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
