alfred_ is an AI assistant for client-facing teams. It helps keep client work from slipping through the cracks: each person on the team gets their own assistant for email, calendar, replies and follow-ups, and the whole team is on one bill. The app puts alfred_ in your pocket. It keeps track of what is waiting on you and what you are waiting on, across up to six Gmail and Outlook accounts, and reaches you wherever you are. WHAT NEEDS YOU Home lists the emails and requests that need your answer, from your own mail and calendar, with the reason each one is there. Tap to mark one done or swipe it away. Ask alfred_ to write the reply, look it over, and send it with your own signature. Nothing goes out until you send it. EVERY MORNING, YOUR DAY IN ONE READ The morning brief arrives by email, and by text if you want it: what needs you, what you are waiting on, what quietly resolved, and what to tackle first. Every past brief is in the app. WHAT YOU ARE WAITING ON The threads where a client or a colleague owes you a reply stay on one list, so you know who to follow up with and when. ASK alfred_ ABOUT YOUR WORK What am I waiting on from Harbor Facilities? Move Thursday's call. Find the signed proposal. Answers come from your email, calendar, to-dos and the apps you connect, including Slack and your CRM, with cards for tasks, events and notes. Siri can ask alfred_ questions and add tasks hands-free. ROUTINES IN A SENTENCE Describe a job once, like "every Friday, list the clients I haven't answered this week", and alfred_ runs it on the schedule you set. ALL YOUR INBOXES, ONE LIST Up to six accounts, Gmail and Outlook, with Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars. A unified inbox with threads, labels, attachments, swipe actions, snooze and scheduled send. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Widgets for the brief, your inbox, tasks, notes and boards, and a Live Activity when a reply is waiting for your approval. FOR YOUR TEAM Everyone on the team connects their own email and calendar and gets their own alfred_. Their mail stays theirs unless they choose to share it, and the team is on one bill. alfred_ is free to download. Sign in with your alfred_ account to get started. Privacy: alfred_ reads your mail and calendar only to do the work above. Your data is not used to train AI models. Details at get-alfred.ai/privacy.
