New camera. Hundreds of settings. Better Pics turns them into a simple plan for the picture in front of you. START WITH SHOT COACH Tell Better Pics what you are photographing, which lens is mounted, the light, the movement and the result you want. You will get a clear starting setup for exposure mode, shutter speed, aperture, ISO, autofocus, drive mode, stabilization and useful camera options—plus a plain-English reason for every choice and a rescue plan if the first frame is not right. REVIEW THE SHOT Choose a photo and Better Pics reads the available EXIF and TIFF metadata, then privately analyzes the rendered image on your iPhone. It checks tonal range, bright and dark areas, visible edge definition, faces and subject placement, and combines those observations with the recorded shutter speed, aperture, ISO, focal length, lens and camera. Every review separates facts from suggestions. If the file does not contain a setting, Better Pics says so instead of guessing. BUILD YOUR KIT Choose camera bodies and compatible lenses from Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, OM System and Panasonic. Search the offline catalog by maker or model, save the kit you actually own and switch the active setup before a shoot. LEARN WITHOUT THE JARGON Search practical how-to guides for first setup, exposure, focus, blur, color and common subjects. The Canon EOS R6 Mark III remains the first fully verified model-specific field guide; other bodies receive honest universal or brand-level directions while their exact guides are developed. MADE FOR THE NEXT FRAME Better Pics is coaching, not scoring. It helps you understand what happened and gives you one or two useful changes to try while the subject and light are still in front of you. FREE CORE. ONE-TIME PRO. The complete core coach, one camera, three lenses, unlimited photo imports and the most useful review recommendation are free. Better Pics Pro is one lifetime purchase—no subscription—and adds unlimited kit, complete reviews, plan comparison and deeper camera-specific guidance. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Photo analysis happens on your device. Better Pics has no account, advertising, tracking or analytics SDK. Imported originals are not uploaded or retained by the app, and saved review summaries stay on your iPhone. Better Pics is independent guidance and is not endorsed by any camera manufacturer. Manufacturer and product names belong to their respective owners. Camera recipes are starting points; always check the result and the current camera manual.

About

RawDrop

Features

Your camera's RAW is already on your phone. When you import a RAW+JPEG shoot into Photos, the RAW is kept behind the JPEG, and Lightroom only ever asks for the JPEG. RawDrop hands over the RAW instead. Open RawDrop and every photo with a RAW inside shows up, grouped by day. Pick one, pick a shoot, or sweep across a row, then tap Send and choose Lightroom. Up to 50 at a time, the way Lightroom likes it. What it does • Finds every RAW in your library, by day, by album or in your favourites • Search by what is in the frame, where it was shot or what shot it: "new york", "fujifilm", "coffee", "last summer" • Sends the original file with its original name: ARW, RAF, CR3, NEF, DNG and more • Remembers what you've already sent, so the next shoot is one tap • A viewer that shows the camera, lens and exposure of every frame, and where it was taken • Home and Lock Screen widgets that show how many RAWs are waiting Private by design Everything happens on your phone, search included. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed. The only change RawDrop makes to your library is the favourite heart, and only when you tap it. Made by OCTOBER, a design studio in London.
