Workmuch automatically logs how much you work, hour by hour, every day. No manual entires required. Draw a circle around where you work. From then on, your hours track themselves: workmuch logs the moment you arrive and the moment you leave, deducts the breaks you're entitled to, and adds it up. You never open the app to start a timer, because there is no timer to start. AUTOMATIC, NOT MANUAL • One geofence around your workplace, set on a map in seconds • Arrivals and departures logged in the background, even when the app is closed • Nothing to tap, no reminders to ignore, no timers left running overnight BREAKS, HANDLED • Break deductions applied automatically: 30 minutes after 6 hours and 45 minutes after 9, the German statutory defaults • Change the thresholds to match your contract, or override a single day by hand • Every day shows gross time, break, and net time, so you can see where the number comes from YOUR WEEK, AT A GLANCE • A clean bar chart of net hours per day: swipe back through weeks, months and years • Averages that mean something: per day actually worked, with the divisor spelled out • This week against last week, this month against last month • Tap any bar for the exact figure FIX ANYTHING • Left your phone at home? Add a session by hand • GPS logged a departure late? Drag it to the right time • Every entry is editable, and deleting is undoable NOTHING TO LOSE • Your hours sync through your own private iCloud, automatically • New iPhone, or the app reinstalled? Your history is already there • Works fully signed out of iCloud too, it just stays on the one device PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION • No account. No sign-up. No server of ours, ever • Your movements are never tracked: iOS checks the boundary on your iPhone, and workmuch records only the arrival and departure times • What syncs goes to your private iCloud, readable by you and no one else • No analytics, no trackers, no ads • Export everything to CSV whenever you like, and erase everything in one tap BUILT FOR iOS • Native SwiftUI with no third-party code • Full VoiceOver and Dynamic Type support, including a chart you can navigate by audio • Fast, small, and portrait-first Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life. workmuch uses region monitoring rather than continuous tracking, which iOS handles with minimal power draw. Background location: workmuch requires "Always" location access to log arrivals and departures while the app is closed: this is the entire feature. Location is used only to detect crossings of the single workplace boundary you set. Your position is never recorded or transmitted; the workplace you choose is kept in your own private iCloud so your setup follows you to a new iPhone.
